The worst part about Vietnam Vets is that most of them are liars as in they didn't go to 'Nam or were there in some REMF position. They just larp the role of some hardened and broken combat veteran who saw shit for political pity points. After the war it became an easy way to scam sympathy and VA benies and it attracted the worst kinds of people. It also led to the massive shitshow that most veteran orgs are today. I won't even get into what a massive batch of stupidity and vain effort to continue fighting that war the POW/MIA flag shit is. We didn't leave guys behind in camps, the North was honest during the peace negotiations, stop it.
