DIRECTV did the only sane approach they removed all their executives without telling anyone not even the workers knew about it until they arrived to work and the only thing they got "lol sorry we prefer orange man, bad luck", pretty sure there is nothing of value to get, they know is useless because if you check the chaviztas twitter they believed that stealing the signal of the satellite is like leeching WiFi, a completely worthless move

Everyone know that their mishandling was already crippling PDVSA, the sanctions were just gasoline to make it burn faster, they are desperate for fuel and to try to cover the failure in restarting the refineries

Iran is delivering gasoline, not oil. Venezuela's refineries suck and the government circumvented its refinery problems by delivering crude oil in exchange for gasoline to its customers, mainly the Russian company Rosneft. Then those guys bounced a month or two ago, and Iran is now giving them the gasoline.

They dont suck in good conditions we can produce millions of barrels, they just dont have the money to do repairs, the entire infrastructure is just this close of being a battle royale map, the restart of el palito ended when they finally exploded one of the facilities and instead of admitting they fuck it up they blame it to the fake operation gedeon

Like someone said here Iran is the ONLY country that dont give a flying fuck about USA sanctions, people is really expecting the USA to stop the boats but is unlikely, the pentagon discarded any kind of operation to seize them, so yeah he is going to get a little gasoline and keep going for a little while, he is going to be ultra smug declaring it a victory again orange man and being a prick about it, still the gasoline that they are bringing is to little for a entire country, at best it can last 2 days or 20 on quarantine and we know they are not going to give them to anyone, is that bad that one of the ministers claimed that if they see one person that is not pro goverment trying to refill their tanks they are going to be marked as traitors and be banned from refills

Could've sworn that the other issue was that all the competent workers are dead or emigrated now too. I say this since I do remember that your refineries need specialized equipment due to how sour the oil is down in the gulf zones like in Louisiana and Venezuela too. I imagine kicking out the expertise and then booting those who actually knew how to operate the sulfur filters or whatever for friends doesn't help either.

Also full on bet Maduro Gordo will hog the gas for his "loyal" army of like five old guys with nuggets.

The US also won't stop them because there's always a 50/50 chance that the Iranians or the Venezuelans or both somehow manage to fuck the entire thing up all on their own.

Take with a mine of salt, but the wonk I heard was that the ships were going to get raided & impounded after the delivery to search for unauthorized gold or weapons, as pretext to keeping them locked in a 3rd-country's port for a few weeks or month to fuck with Iran's merchant marine fleet, as sidelining two Iranian tankers for a few weeks is a better prize than stopping DarkSyde Maduro from holding off the further implosion of Socialist Paradise for another week to two.

Iran is flipping their shit to try to keep everyone in line as the coof runs wild on them, doing off the wall shit like admitting to arming international terror groups, so antagonizing them while they are sitting ontop of a few thousand gallons of flamable liquid is not being viewed as a good risk/reward.

The fun part is this, Maduro and Chavez created shitload of shit channels that no one watch, because they knew the channels were not going to make any kind of profit they decided to cut corners and rent the DIRECTV satellite to broadcast their garbage to the rest of the country, now that DIRECTV is gone all their channels are now offline everywhere except Caracas, they auto fucked themselves just because they were to stubborn to remove two shitty channels that no one watch

Final update i hope of the DIRECTV case, after banging the console like monkeys for 12 hours they gave up, the military personnel abandoned the building and don't plan to return, this was a monumental waste of time for everyone

They're delivering light crude.

Venezuela produces heavy crude. Because of that, they need lighter crude to refine into other products. Because of the Zionist sanctions against the Venezuelan people, they are importing this from Iran.

Nope the shipment is already processed gasoline and diesel, our refineries are dead like disco, yes Iran delivered the parts to make Cardon work again but no one want to work for peanuts so they are collecting dust in a hangar

Sending the parts the fix a Venezuelan refinary is like giving Terri Schiavo an Ikea dresser: its not going to get assembled till someone else comes along and does it.

PDVSA doesn't have the staff qualified to do it an the ones that could do it only want payment in american dollars and at international rate, PDVSA refuse to pay in imperial currency so everyone told them "then you are not interested in restarting the refinery", the iranians, the russians and the chinese dont give to much a shit to send staff here to clean our mess
