It wouldn't surprise me if Venezuela has all of those planes in various states of disassembly because they can't decide which airframes should be intact and which ones cannibalized for parts, but its also a moot point anyways since the fuel bunkers at the bases are empty and their missiles are in a similar state of disassembly due to incompetence.

The president of Venezuela's National Constituent Assembly (ANC), Diosdado Cabello, denounced that the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and Colombia have direct links in the foiled paramilitary assault that took place on Sunday.
In statements to the press, Cabello, who is also vice president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) announced that the results of the investigations into the sea-landing attempted attack carried out this morning by mercenaries from the neighboring country will soon be released, and announced the involvement of a DEA officer in the events.
The DEA is involved, along with the US government, Colombia and drug trafficking groups, in the attempted paramilitary attack foiled by Venezuelan intelligence agencies this Sunday morning in Macuto, La Guaira state, he said.
