Hahaha no. These are the most buckbroken people I've ever seen given they literally sat there with the boot on their necks after a famine that made the French ones that led to their revolutions, and the Romanian one that led to Ceascescu getting shot look kind. There's fucking nothing there to build from. The closest thing to is not capable of running anything but a scam and money from idiots to pretend to bravely fight for freedom.

Unless we're smart enough, and I know we're fucking not, to actually just work with whatever garbage is down there or just bomb them into shit and back and let them break after we'd be stuck there for years.
