Some important info and context:

- Maduro removing diplomats from countries that challenged him is expected, but doing it to Chile is important and we need to watch what's going on there, because Chile is a close ally. Yes, Boric's a commie moron, but he's a biiit committed to pretend he's not, and he's smart enough to know this move is idiotic and it's gonna cause problems. Or he really thinks this was too much. In any case, he's not a low IQ moron like Maduro, Petro, or Ortega, so he's not that easily impressed. This creates a bit of a faction between the leftist powers of the region.

- Isolation of Venezuela means nothing considering that there are millions of them scattered through Latin America, and many are known criminals released by Maduro and are potential agents. I am personally a bit worried because Tren de Aragua (Venezuela's own M13 version) had important people here in Peru and they have no issue murdering random people to make a message if Maduro orders them to do so. The fact he's removing his own people from these countries can be interpreted as removing them from upcoming danger.

- Because he's a moron, Maduro chose to antagonize the most impulsive and reckless of our leaders: Milei. Aside from their stupid twitter spat, his people were trying to break in the Argentinian embassy, which is a direct attack to Argentina.

- Reason why Bukele hasn't spoken earlier about this is because his answer happened some time ago when he broke all diplomatic link with Venezuela. As such, as a country, they have no obligation to say anything, but he did anyway.

You know maybe, just maybe, it would be a good idea to listen to the people who are currently living through this instead of sharing lukewarm takes on a situation you clearly have no firsthand experience with on the mango ranch website.

Some of you are arguing with people who are literally experiencing or previously experienced daily life in Venezuela, telling them their experiences are nawt troo. Really? You think you in your internet hugbox are much more informed and educated than people who were there and living it all? No wonder nobody takes you seriously.

There's a lot of rumors and videos claiming armed malandros (ganglords, hoodlums) are figting and chasing Colectivos (chavista thugs, sort of urban guerrilla used for intimidation). There's a number of videos where malandros adressing colectivos threatening to pump them full of lead

in this one's audio someone claims they already killed one colectivo and are chasing another

>randomly chooses some literal who balkan shithole halfway across the world as his scapegoat for losing the election without elaboration
>claims the owner of twitter.com is going to invade his country with rockets and an army
>his signature is just him scratching the paper to see if his pen still has ink

Deserves an International Clique thread, truly

If people can bring down statues without the entire city getting lead based suppositories. Surely there must be enough room to stage a revolution.
The 1956, 1968 and 1989 ones had less room to work with.
Are the people fragmented?
Do they only agree that Maduro bad but aren't sure if and how to get rid of him?

Tren de Guarico (Trenes are large organized crime gangs) claiming to be fighting police forces on behalf of the people

Whenever you hear or read the word "colectivo" (lit. "collective"), they are leftists most of the time. Either violent groups like this or some NGO group that is likely taking money from foreign organizations or the government. Dumb RWers use the word as well, but it's often leftists.

The name is "Tren del Llano". Guarico is their city. They are mad at Maduro because the gov. is trying to get rid of them. It's weird because they're related to the Tren de Aragua, the criminal gang that's terrorising most of Central and S. America (and some US cities) and Maduro's fine with them doing it.

There marched from it, down a ramp, an immense silver robot one hundred feet tall.
It held up a hand.
"I come in peace," It said, after adding after a long moment "Take me to your Lizard."

Ford Prefect, of course, had an explaination for this, as he sat with Arthur and watched the nonstop frenetic news reports.
“It comes from a very ancient democracy, you see..."
"You mean, it comes from a world of lizards?"
"No," said Ford, "nothing so simple. Nothing anything like so straightforward. On its world, the people are people. The leaders are lizards. The people hate the lizards and the lizards rule the people."
"Odd," said Arthur, "I thought you said it was a democracy."
"I did," said Ford. "It is."
"So," said Arthur, hoping he wasn't sounding ridiculously obtuse, "why don't people get rid of the lizards?"
"It honestly doesn't occur to them," said Ford. "They've all got the vote, so they all pretty much assume that the government they've voted in more or less approximates to the government they want."
"You mean they actually vote for the lizards?"
"Oh yes," said Ford with a shrug, "of course.
"But," said Arthur, going for the big one again, "why?"
"Because if they didn't vote for a lizard," said Ford, "the wrong lizard might get in."

the are shock groups, kinda like chavista brown shirts but much more focal and decentralized, often just rats and informers. Always pro government, they are lackeys that keep barrios in line through intimidation and always show up in protests to do the dirty work under protection of the armed guards and police who just stand in the sideline and lets them do whatever they want. They pretend to be simple social workers in propaganda pieces.

i couldn't explain whats going on fully, don't have that info, but there's been a lot of territory beefs for a while, not long ago there was a massive operation to get inside a jail somewhere and a lot of conspiracies been floating around that. Its never just the law versus crime, obviously, the armed forces and national guard have a big hand in organized crime and form their own cartels so its always more complicated when something like that happens.

Guessing Maduro made a severe blunder and naïvely assumed organized crime gangs wouldn't try to kill his men if they saw him as a threat to their business.

people there are eating zoo animals to survive and you are worried about fucking bush and "muh evil US"
commies dont even try to make sense smh
They, like most people nowadays, start at "America is behind this" and fight tooth and nail to justify their weird leap in logic. I'm surprised people are even arguing with retard commies in this thread. The first time one of them said "I hate America, so I will try to shift the blame onto America regardless of if it makes sense or not" I would have just told him to eat a dick.

To be fair, it goes both ways. I've seen people sharing a video of Venezuelan praying as if the situation is so extreme that they finally got to pray like they aren't Christian Latinos who pray before every other football match.

Its kinda funny how Maduro attempt at making a leftist utopia is making countries around him shift their politics from leftist to the right, just when it comes to dealing with Venezuela.
The chilean population already hates Boric because he and his entourage of friends he put in his goverment were all pro venezuelan illegal immigration, to the point he proposed to open a goverment funded organization in the north during his first months as president, to help immigrants find jobs and housing BUT the crime rate exploded to levels never before seen after the arrival of many different gangs, commiting crimes like kidnapping with randsom demands every couple of months, when before it was pretty much zero, murders for hire, sex trafficking, drug trafficking military grade weapons trafficking. The city were all illegal immigrants first arrived (and were that organization was supposed to be established but was cancelled) had its homicide rate go by 240% in less than 2 years and recently a colombian immigrant who turned out to be one of Cali most wanted by Colombian police, was found squatting in the capital of chile, taking money from poor people for "protection".

He basically ruined the reputation of the left and the commies in his first 2 years of presidency, his approval rating is currently the lowest it has ever been, his attempt at making a new constitution failed twice and the only thing left for him is to save face and do a 180 of his political beliefs, which he sort of already started doing, by doing the opposite of one of his campaign promises about the police. He wanted to reform them, defund them and take away most of their abilities to use force, but after a bunch of cops were murdered by venezuelan gang members he gave them back Uzis and more legal reasons to use lethal force. Whatever happens now is gonna be huge factor for the chilean presidential elections next year.

After such a blatant steal I think the Venezuelan people have realized that the only way they're getting rid of Maduro is by refreshing the tree of liberty. Even if the opposition is calling for peace, it's going to be hard to put the genie back in the bottle.
