I haven't heard anything and that's probably from the lack of trying but are they still planning on having Damsel in this heap of blah as seen that old HSL trailer?

Imagine if they try to replicate Theresa and Jeanette in Bloodlines 2 but instead of what we got in Bloodlines, we get gender instead. Wouldnt put it past them to put shit like that.

Yeah they are still doing refunds. I have seen a few others say that their pre-order is still active too. I guess it might take some time for everyone to get their refund.

I think Damsel will be in the game, she was just a side quest. She was there to deliver a message for Nines Rodriguez.

It wouldn't make sense for them to remove side quests from the game since side quests don't usually have any relevance to the main story.
 
None of the characters sound as interesting as even the worst BL1 NPC, but god is Phyre bland as fuck. If you're gonna ruin the roleplay aspect by limiting me to a voiced protagonist, you could at least give them some interesting dialogue options. One hour into BL1 and I can convince a thin-blood that the President is the head vampire, tell Mercuio to stop being a little pussy, complain that the hospital reception is a nagging bitch, ask someone if intestines unravel to be 20 feet long, and get a door guard to stand down because I'm too gay for him.

And the character who supports some right-wing party is an antagonistic douchebag, but the one who's a Communist nicknamed after Trotsky is a super nice dude who doesn't even begrudge the other one.
 
Dan Pinchbeck was one of the founders of The Chinese Room, who left back in 2023. He wrote a blog about Vampire. He was the writer behind the story and characters for their version of Bloodlines 2.

both, if you want high detail facial animation in unreal then yeah it's going to be a problem ($$$), also artstyle....

Bloodlines 2 is no longer the game fans were waiting for. After years of development drama, the final version may be more divisive than anyone expected, as the narrative lead urges fans to expect a smaller, more focused experience.
 
They refunded the preorder to my account today this morning. The premium edition for 89.99$ They said PlayStation was contacting people about giving refunds. Nobody contacted me it was just automatically refunded. My preorder is not there anymore. The premium edition is not available anymore. The regular version for 59.99 and the Deluxe Edition for 69.99 are available for preorder. I heard they are making a announcement Tomorrow on September 17. Probably about the preorders and premium edition I think. I would preorder it again but I’m going to wait until what they say tomorrow. I think a different version will be a available for preorder that’s why I’m not preordering it again right now. I hope the game isn’t too on the rails I like open world games. It’s kinda worrying that people keep constantly saying the gamers need to temper their expectations. People keep expecting it to be like the first one naturally, me included. Hopefully it’s still good tho.
