valve just present themselves from the outside like a good guy consumer friendly company because they literally never fuck up somehow, but on the inside they are just greedy motherfuckers who dont give two shits about the customer if they dont have to care about them.

Valve never fucks up because they dont do anything unless a game borders beinging illegal or a blatant scam they dont care at all. It's hard to fuck up not caring. I dont think its greed even it's just laziness.
