So how likely is the Assault Weapons Ban that passed the House not too long ago likely to get passed into law now that the Senate has a Democrat majority?
It passed the house not too long ago. It bans ANY kind of semi-automatic- even revolvers and pump shotguns. It's worse than the Assault Weapons Ban that lead to Waco. It also makes it so that only retired cops can own those kinds of weapons. Not even veterans...
Biden is dead-set on passing it into law. The only thing that was stopping it was the Republican strength in the Senate. And now because the entire GOP this election cycle was too busy being engaged in a proxy war between Trumpists and Neocons- the Democrats swept victories across the nations. The GOP launching a massive litigious and autistic Jihad over student loan forgiveness also galvanized millennials and Gen Z (who usually don't give a shit about voting and hence have low turnout) to flood the polls in favor of Democrats.
The senate is majority Democrat controlled now- as well as the house and executive branch- period. So my big concern is will this be passed now?

Hopefully SCOTUS will take it up as it's clearly unconstitutional. Even if a few dems revolt there will be RINOs there to take their place.

It took well over 50 fucking years (a significant chunk of the country's existence) of constant litigious sperging by catholics and a low-level guerilla warfare campaign ("Army of God", among other groups) for the supreme court to recognize that abortion is not- in fact, an inalienable constitutional right.
Fuck the Supreme Court- and all Federal Courts in general. US Federal Law is so byzantine, arbitrary, archaic, hypocritical, and opaque it gives Sharia a run for it's money. "Muh constitution" has been at various points been used to justify anything and everything from gay marriage to abortion to gun contol of various flavors to slavery to child rapists being immune from the death penalty (don't believe me? Look up "Kennedy VS Louisiana and be prepared to be angry)
The current roster of the Supreme Court isn't even as remotely "based" as people claim. Biden very personally and maliciously tried to fuck with the careers and livelihoods of multiple people on the SCOTUS bench years ago and they still refused to even consider the notion that the Coronavirus lockdowns and Mail-In Ballot stuff was fishy.
I'm feeling blackpilled at the moment myself, unfortunately.

If Republicans take Georgia, then its a 50/50 senate, so nothing really changes. After the Supreme Court's last decision on gun rights, that ban would be struck down as unconstitutional by the Supreme Court.
Calm down. If the court's recent decisions on abortion and gun rights haven't shown that the current court gives 0 fucks, nothing will.

That's part of why the push against troons and especially CRT has played so well, since it was a genuinely new angle of attack that the MSM had no idea how to respond. If you recall 2020, they tried a few different counter-narratives and none of them are really effective at rehabilitating CRT.
