Here's a summary of everything I found noteworthy in the documents. I might make another post detailing everything I can find on Xitter, including CiblesGD's document.

The first two sections are just going over what the document will contain. I will not go over it.
StarSmiley
The first testimony is from StarSmiley, his "girl"friend. StarSmiley also works for speedrun.com as a janny. StarSmiley states that Shayy groped him inappropriately. that Shayy was frequently sexual with up to 20 people at a time their entire relationship, was massively lazy and a slop, and also mishandled finances.
