I see no reason he wouldn't be a monster. 'Man' just means 'adult male' in this context, and if he was a human, Asgore wouldn't have employed him.

I call bullshit on them saying that that "it was an exaggerated art style for kris" it was fetish art 100%. They even replied to someone who was into that mess.

Also, referring to kris (who is a minor btw) as a "Fat little pork" is downright horrendous. I will never understand how toby fox, after damn near 10 years of all of his characters being turned into gooner slob copes with this degeneracy.

i think its very possible that gaster inserted himself into the undertale timeline using whatever weird ass technology/magic lets him do the things he does. that means hes technically not native to the underground so he could be a human.
he did work directly for asgore as the royal scientist, working on important shit like the core which is crucial for the monsters survival, and this was after the human-monster war so i dont think its too likely they wouldve let him have such a critical position if he wasnt a monster.

gaster is not the egg guy btw. i will die on this hill

Nah, Byuu was a notorious drama-case while the most publicly rude thing Toby ever did was take down his YIIK shout-out tweet. When shit goes down, Toby's not going to have your back.
 
The irony of fans acknowledging how toxic the Undertale fandom used to be and controlling over how people play the game and declaring WE'RE BETTER NOW, only to thereafter troon police headcanons anytime someone calls Kris a He or a She.
 
Finally beat the Roaring Knight. I’m just thankful a basic attack is all you need to do after it’s “big attack”.
