The weird part is that apparently all of the "non-binary" shit is from the Japanese fandom thinking that he's female.
Maybe it's some stupid "always intended" thing which was more evident in the Japanese text.

I don't think it's the source of that. But I have talked about it myself that Seam talks in a more feminine-coded way in the Japanese version. Their name in that version is also changed to Nui, which is Japanese for stitching or sewing, and part of the word "nuigurumi" meaning stuffed animal, and also it happens to be the word for dog (inu) backwards.

Considering they've been on translation since at least late December, I bet we'll see chapter 5 late Q2/early Q3. Blindly guessing that we see chapter 6 2027 Q1/Q2. Things have definitely picked up over time, as team integration improves.

July has been my guess since November. And if by "team integration", you mean limp-wrist Toby is yelling at his tard wrangler to whip is tranny tards harder, then yeah, he has been better about that lately.
