Hung parliament. Calling it now.

I posted this in mid-April. The only thing that made me doubt this outcome for even a second was the Manchester bombing.

The amount of anti-labor rage in this thread already is hilarious.

People just need to accept that birds fly, fish swim, and Britain has a totally inept bureaucratic system that the vast majority of people are content to ignore in favor of just getting on with their lives. Labor. Thatcher. Blair. May. Never changes, never will.

UK: We thrilled you in 2015. We shocked you with Brexit. Now, introducing MINORITY GOVENMENT!

I wonder what new plot devices the UK will throw at us next?

You're probably about to see how we do Political assassinations in the UK.

Bojo and Davis are on manoeuvres due to how silent they've been and not been spotted on the news circuit supporting May.

If those two united their own factions and appeal and spoke to the 1922 Backbench Committee (all the Tory MPs basically) it's entirely possible we'll see May gone before the day is out.

Why can't the Queen just pull a Cersei and blow up the House of Commons or whatever and install herself as Immortal Empress of the British Empire and finally deal with the Pollack problem in the UK.

The cuts she announced meant that we no longer have enough wildfire to completely flatten Islington.

You guys don't have leadership spills (really just leadership coups) huh? The only way to get rid of May is have her resign?

Some people, like Blair. Resign. Others like Wilson, Major and Thatcher.... "resign".

British coups are nice, quiet affairs and are awfully clean.

I was looking up vote totals, seems UKIP only got 1.9% of the vote. I know everybody expected them to drop, but not by this much. For comparison this worse than their 2005 numbers (2.2%). They've gone back to pre-Farage level popularity.

It's because they no longer have anything to offer. There's always going to be a few hardcore zealots, but their role is now spent.

They got the referendum that was their only raison d'etre.

They then won it and the parties bar the Lib Dumbs fell over themselves to back the result.

If Boris becomes leader I think Hillary supporting Americans are going to be the saltiest since they'll think we've got a British Trump.

Also If you don't follow Scottish politics it sure looks like we're like being contrarian for the sake of it (From an image I saw being reposted on 4chan):

But Farage wasn't running and Nuttall was their leader, as well being seen as a one policy party they also seem to only have one credible leader in Farage.

He always struck me as more of a 2 step guy.
Labour trying to appeal to the kids was embarrassing. They had to trot out Akala and act like he was relevant in order to sing corbyns praises.
I take it lethal bizzle and Wiley were busy.

A large number of UK grime artists have been or still managed by Norman Lambs son, so they were presumably voting Lib Dem :tomgirl:

There is one benefit to this snap election, and it's this photo right here.

Our prime minister running against Lord buckethead, elmo and screaming Lord sutch.

And for the non-UK folk, yes if you lived in maidenhead they were people you could vote for.
