It's because they no longer have anything to offer. There's always going to be a few hardcore zealots, but their role is now spent.I was looking up vote totals, seems UKIP only got 1.9% of the vote. I know everybody expected them to drop, but not by this much. For comparison this worse than their 2005 numbers (2.2%). They've gone back to pre-Farage level popularity.
