I specifically remember this one chick who made a harsh noise album about trauma that she had supposedly experienced. The trauma, you ask? Well, apparently what happened was that she was in a Discord server (because of course) with the musician Patricia Taxxon and they got in an argument about Venn diagrams (???) that ended up in Taxxon threatening to kill herself. She also made a Twitter callout and even argued with people on the album's RYM page. It caused so much drama that the moderators ended up removing the comment box

Not sure if there is a thread for non-thread-worthy people of interest but allow me to introduce Weedeater / Jongg-eater a personal cow I had last year.
This guy has burned through a few accounts in the 9 or so months I've been aware of him, but his most recent one is under the name of jongg-eater. I'll however refer to him as Weedeater as that is what he is most well known as.

This Filipino is infamous in the retro anime community of Twitter and Discord for his love of a mid-90s Shinbo OVA called Galaxy Fraulein Yuna or more specifically the lead girl. You see Weedeater doesn't like the actual OVA itself, he is infatuated with the lead and wants her in a show more suited to his likings.
And by that I mean he wants porn of her, in his spare time he makes 3DCustomGirl images wishing the original OVA was a hentai.
And as a bonus is currently considering using someone else's model against their wishes for this. "My excuses are valid"
Weedeater is super active on Twitter, making literally hundreds of posts and retweets per day, but it's alright most of them are just him saying the same few things over and over.
Complaining that Galaxy Fraulein Yuna isn't popular/Doesn't have porn. And just in general lot's of hentai talk
Or complaining about being blocked by people. Now, this is what made me interested in him and I wish I'd screencapped more on Discord before his initial account was nuked for loli.
In servers I shared with him he frequently introduced himself by posting about how much he wants to fuck Yuna or posting lolicon in the main channels. He was often disruptive and rude to other members and only lasts about a month or so on average in servers he is active in.
Often he would go into a tard rage complaining about his life and post walls of text of the same message. Usually all caps and to the extent of "I want Yuna porn! Someone recommend me a girl like Yuna with official nudes!"
Going into servers for Touhou or old-school anime often yields remnants of these conversations and incidents.
Now he complains a mighty lot about this, but two particular instances stand out. The first is the figure known only as the Yuna twitter artist.
This unknown man was apparently in his mid-30s and was a big fan of the show collecting memorabilia. He was Japanese but spoke English, and while Weedeater has never posted screencaps of their discussions in servers it is known that the man blocked him sometime in early-2020 on Twitter. Pursuembly because a foreigner was being annoying as all hell to him.
Weedeater then persisted in trying to get in contact with this man for the remainder of the year. This image, shared from his personal discord server back in the fall, shows him trying to track down his "friend" half a year later by trying to get his email after being blocked by all other means.
The second is a person who had him contact her after blocking him on Discord. These consisted of him basically begging for "Someone to be with." And from all the posts she shared the implication I've gotten is that he was trying to use her as a personal life coach.
I personally find this guy fascinating and I wish I'd managed to save one of his spergouts. He bounces around several servers, throws a fit, and then complains about being banned. It's a sad and amusing cycle.
Not thread-worthy, but one of the weirder members of the niche 90s anime community.
