So the administration is barely breaking even on TVT during these dark times and they aren't doing much to improve the site.

So, the peanut gallery has a galaxy-brained suggestion. Increase the on-site storage for avatars and charge people for it.

In typical TVT fashion, an argument on economics and ethics breaks out, along with someone pointing out the issue that this isn't appealing enough to the plebs.

No shit we don't get much traffic, but compared to other, more publically visited sites, how does it fare? I looked at their numbers months ago and they could barely scrape the digits to compete with wikipedia, much less resetera.

If anything, most of their visitors felt like regulars.

They have an anorexic amount of self-awareness and go into casual denial about how they're no better than wikipedia. The site is terrible for information no matter how autistic they go about cataloging because it would be rendered worthless with personal bias.

If they're that dumb to see Trump as "evil" that he can't grasp altruism, then their parents have failed them. Even if they happen to be adults, tropers operate on a deliriously sheltered mindset that can't grasp at how the real world actually is. They like to keep bragging, nagging and repeating ad infinitum that human beings are "complicated" and "gray", but are egregiously selective about it.

These losers, whether they mean it or not, really don't understand anything.

When a children's show is seemingly making commentary on the proletariat and communist revolution, I suppose that's more on being a delusional fuckwit than an "intellectual".

🤣 So, basically, being autistic fanatics of a wad of chewing gum and a vampire going full lesbo is what causes them to be triggered over this. Disappointingly and hilariously unsurprising.

Then again, Vickerman being a potential nonce doesn't make her any better. The show is the only issue they take up with, and not the fact that she may have some less than savory proclivities towards children.

I was in that same boat, unfortunately. Young and retarded, I know. Only, not as bad as most of these LARPers have it. You're made to believe that you're fighting the good fight for some greater purpose.

All it does is cultivate weak minded and naive fools to join their "cause".

All you're really doing is distracting from the fact that you don't have anything better to do with your life.
 
Well, someone got banned for asking to bring Stonetoss back, along with some others "questionable" edits. I'm still looking into it, but the fact is that TVT has a hateboner for the alt-right, even when they're supposed to be "neutral."

Edit: ATT thread asking for permission to recreate Stonetoss. They initially thought that he wrote this because of how paranoid tropers are.

And for those who are out of the loop, Francisco Franco was a Spanish dictator who quickly climbed through the ranks of the Spanish Army, essentially became the dictator of Spain before WW2 rolled around, and he kind of turned Spain into a haven for Jews...And sent to concentration camps, but I'm not sure if they were slaughtered there. But anyways, he was in league with the Axis, but kind of kept his distance from them. He also did the usual thing that dictators do and had his political opposition killed off. Aside from being a conservative, he's generally seen as one of the lesser evils during the Cold War because he was opposed to communism and didn't go overboard with genocide like everyone else did. Which is why he passed away from natural causes as opposed to being assassinated or executed (but then again, he did kill off his opposition)
