IDK if it's someone weening, but Mr. Depresso has apparently had multiple arguments with Doctor Gonzo, aka AdricDePsycho, aka Adrian, on the forums. I'll see if I get around to searching for it.

We also know Adrian is a troon since he listed his preferred pronouns they/them on some of his profiles, and his social justice nonsense has already been documented in this thread, so it's no surprise that he would chimp out at being misgendered.

I'm pretty sure it's legit infighting.

do you all remember that historic moment from TVT? when Fast Eddie AKA Gus Raley lost his shit when he raged at @GethN7 and tried to make him feel like a thieving assbag for copypasting stuff from his website to the tropes mirror on wikia. yet geth told him he can legally do that thanks to the CC BY SA licensing TVT has. but Raley still antagonized geth and told him GTFO my website.

ATT recently got some autist who decided to spew some word salad related to some toku series in a formatting that matched none of our articles, I took it down.

He flipped his shit, I told him do it the right way or not at all.

Asshole cuntpastes it to his blog.

I tell him to not let the door hit him on the way out since he didn't seem to give a shit about formatting rules:

It's on this note I'd like to make a confession: There was a time in my life I was as angry at TV Tropes as Nate here was, I just had different reasons, but I am eternally grateful I never thought the bullshit you can see him pulling here was a good idea.

If anything, I decided I would make my own clubhouse for people who couldn't stand what TV Tropes became, and I became so absorbed in trying to build a better site I decided it was far more productive to build something new than try to destroy something old.

Now, TV Tropes and All The Tropes get along just great, and we have a truce that suits us just fine in which we agree not to piss in each other Cheerios and not let people plagiarize each other's content (and both sides are more than happy to take down offending content if we are made aware it is clear plagiarism, and we can be civil when informing each other of this), and we've decided to respect the rules of each other's communities and let bygones be bygones.

I haven't forgotten Fast Eddie's BS, but I've decided obsessing over the past would just make me a bitter asshole like Nate above, and I've buried the hatchet with most staff at TV Tropes. In fact, I used to hold Fighteer in not much more esteem than Eddie at one point, but I've had his job long enough I cannot in good conscience shit on him for being pissy when I'm dealing with the same crap he does.

Worse, he just has to tard wrangle, I also have to make technical decisions, a responsibility he does not have, and since just the tard wrangling is frustrating, I'm sympathetic to people who don't like how Fighteer does things, but after having his job this long, I cannot fault him for very much when I've done a lot of the same things managing my own fiefdom I would be throwing stones in a glass house to criticize.
