I don't know if he made the staff apologize or not but the part about it never airing again is bullshit, because I've seen that episode on TV relatively recently (as in, sometime within the past few years).

Speaking of Iggy, you'd think that he raped some troper's dog or something considering the hate he gets over there.

I saw it quite a few times on TV when I was a kid myself.

Who is "Iggy?"

In the episode of Hey Arnold they're talking about, Arnold finds out that Iggy, someone he knows, wears bunny pajamas. He blabs it to everyone, everyone ridicules Iggy, and in trying to make it up, Iggy gets Arnold humiliated in front of everyone he knows by putting on bunny pajamas - everyone's pointing and laughing at him, you know. Iggy eventually realizes he went too far and Arnold won't forgive him back, but that was lost on most of the autists who watched the episode.

I personally never saw it. May just have been the rotation of episodes I saw meant I missed a fair bit overall. But I wouldn't be surprised if did air here in Canada.

It's honestly one of the less pleasant episodes because it involves Arnold acting uncharacteristically cruel and short-sighted, and ends with Arnold suffering a disproportionately intense punishment.

That said, it's certainly not something to merit such obsessive rage posting in a website dedicated to making fun of vampire shows.

Anyone notice how tropers go out of their way to dismiss and dislike any character with genuine characteristics and grey morality, but instead troll-shield and defend boring good guys that have little to no flaws or personality?

They really seem to like Mary Sues over there.

Didn't that Iggy episode gotten reviewed by Enter? Tropers just really love riding the coattails of the other autists out there.

Projection is one hell of a drug.

Why does MrEnter have a Tear Jerker page? What is so sad about a manchild reviewing cartoon episodes? Apparently, a lot of things, as demonstrated by this gem:

  • While tackling The Problem Solverz, John actually contracts myopia, or nearsightedness, from watching it. Throughout the episode, you can hear John wailing in pain at the seizure-inducing visuals. This means he's gained a physical disability in trying to review it. Now, as seen in his vlogs, he is forced to wear glasses just to see.
HOLY CRAP HE HAD TO WATCH A TV SHOW WITH BRIGHT FLASHING LIGHTS AND IT MADE HIM NEARSIGHTED!!! HOW SAD IS THAT?!??

That...doesn't actually sound possible. I don't know shit about optometry, but I'm pretty sure that watching one episode of a cartoon isn't gonna fuck your eyes up to the point that you need glasses.

they potray every single facet of his life as if he has suffered more than every single human being in existence, which is a perfectly healthy thing for a fandom to do

Enter-related or Enter-influenced content on TV Tropes is the gold standard of trope autism. And there's lots of it.

The only legit "tear jerker" from Enter may be the video he made about his dog dying, 'cause yeah losing a pet sucks.

Other entries on that page include him sperging about Spongebob and adding certain songs in his videos...

Oh and 2 things regarding that "nearsightedness" claim:

1.) I actually got curious enough to do a bit of research, and no, there's no way his eyes could've been fucked up THAT much.

2.) @The Decimator missed the best part of that entry:
  • Think about it; An anime episode that was banned from airing because of hundreds of seizures, he got through unharmed. But The Problem Solverz gave him nearsightedness. He now has grounds to sue, actually.
"He now has grounds to sue, actually."

Everything, my friend, everything.

Myopia doesn't work that way. Try PTSD next time.

And who reviewed Shark Tale, you may be wondering? Why, fucking ENTER of course! Why do tropers hoist him up like some kind of idol? I know he's an autist like them, but he's still a shit-tier reviewer compared to even someone like Doug Walker.

I used to have an apathetic attitude towards Mr. Enter, but TV Tropes is beginning to make me actively dislike him.
