You'd think a bunch of pussies who think a baby spider crawling up the wall is "nightmare fuel" wouldn't be full of insipid liberal mods... they'd be very scared to piss off ANYONE.

Will never understand American contradictions.
pls be respectful to liberal mods

Much as we all crack jokes of Osama being a weeb, one would have to be dumb enough to think only he may of been the one jacking it to old Japanese porn games and playing Yoshi's Island. Osama had family members and guards in his compound. Whose to say he's the only one that used the computer if the guards Habib and Ali were the ones actually watching hentai and playing emulated games.

BIN LADEN WAS GAMERGATE BEFORE GAMERGATE WAS A THING! Gamergate did 9/11! Al-Qaeda is code word for gamergate!
GG truly did 9/11. We need to alert the FBI so they can list these neckbeards as an off-shoot of Al Qaeda.

There also used to be two types of nightmare fuel pages: high octane and regular. High octane was nightmare fuel that was intended to be scary/from horror movies. Regular was stuff that was in works that weren't focused on being spooky by had some chilling/creepy moments.

I'll give you ten seconds to figure out why this distinction failed.

:autism: and nothing else.

Some Anvils Need to Be Dropped: In the second volume, Matt discusses with Christie the pros and cons of cosplaying, and explains to her how amateurs can be viciously taken apart by the slightest mistake, going on to mention how there are message boards, blogs, and websites dedicated to collecting photos of inexperienced cosplayers and mocking them. He specifically refers to it as a bloodsport.

This writing advice is nothing but feminism written all over it. Even the article is aware of it in the beginning.

http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/SoYouWantTo/WriteACharacterOfTheOppositeGender

Here's how to write a character of the opposite gender:

Write them like any other person. Shocker I know.

Truly sage advice to live by: Character first and foremost, gender later.

Too bad this is TV Tropes we're talking about... Seeing them do what's obvious is just too far out of the question.

Remember, Assigned Male is great art, and not a horrible webcomic at all.

TVTropes as a whole is anti-GG.
Yeah, the surprisng part is the approach was "we won't discuss it because it's controversial" without soapboxing about the fact that it was "GG trolls getting upset at the message women and minorities are under attack" (Which was a phrase that appeared in those author's notes along with a quote from Leigh Alexander's "Gamers Are Dead" article
