@Familiar Lupine I'm curious if you ever fixed the relationship with your parents and how it functions now?

My relationship with my parents is rocky at best. I saw them a few weeks ago for the first time in a year. It was in interesting experience.

We viewed each other as strangers. But what hit me the hardest was how they hadn't changed in the slightest. While my life completely flipped upside down, changed, and became something radically different, the had not changed a bit... It felt like I was traveling back in time.

I could see things going one of two ways with them. Either they chose to embrace me for who I am, or completely separate. I am perfectly fine with both outcomes. I can live my life with or without them.

So how many Bad Dragon dildos so you have?

I have 3.

But, you plaster it all over your social media...

That is correct. Take a look through my friends lists on social media, they are pretty much all furries. Animalistic behavior is common, accepted, and expected in the furry community. So while I don't go down the street barking at people, when with my furry friends some sense of animalism is the norm.

@Familiar Lupine I actually am really curious about something. You were originally discovered via your interactions with the Harold Connor account. You seem like a reasonably smart guy, but how did you not realize that account was just a troll (and not a very convincing one at that)?

I actually like troll accounts for a few reasons. I like to post and see what other people looking at the account think of my posts, and I also like to see how the troll will respond.

I'm sorry, but he added me to a list "animal rapists". I replied with "Thank you so much for adding me to your list, but can you please remove (other person on the list) because they just tweeted and it wasn't about raping animals".

I did this because I wanted to see what kind of hilarious response I could get.

All it really got me was onto this forum, but I like it here thus far, so I'll take it.

Thank you for the compliment on my writing. I just try to put things in a way that will be easily understood. I have actually been looking to write a book for a few weeks now. Had an interesting idea for one that I have been mulling over... (and no, it is not about fucking dogs.)

I do not assume that everyone is shallow. Were I to, I would see no reason to step foot outside or engage in activity or communication with anyone. I do however assume that 85+% of people are shallow. I have yet to see reason to change this assumption as so far it has been accurate. It is astounding, the number of people you have to go through to find one who can conduct themselves well and communicate well enough to hold a meaningful conversation.

Please tell us abour your book.

Also, can you name a source for those statistics? 85% of global population... that sounds serious...

The stat was completely anecdotal. I would have said 90%, but I live in a college town so I will admit it is probably worse here.

The book I would like to write would be titled "The 35 Year Plan". It would be the story of a couple who meet a bit of an odd end. Early into their friendship, one of them would tell the other that he was living on "the 35 year plan", and explain that if he did not find meaningful satisfaction and lasting happiness in life that he would kill himself at 35. The other would then do everything they possibly could to bring the first happiness in an attempt to save their life. They get married, travel the world, and share great times. Still, a few months before the first turns 35, they again start mentioning the plan. They eventually go through with the plan using assisted suicide on their 35th birthday.

The rest of the book would detail how the spouse dealt and coped with the loss, guilt, pain, and associated things, ending with them learning to live in the moment appreciating everything so that if and when they lose things, they will have loved to the utmost.

The theme of the story is loosely based off someone I once met.

College campuses/social structures are not part of the real world if you ask me. But that's another subject. In the meantime, can you describe the inherent traits of that shallow behaviour?

About "The 35 Year Plan", you got any pages written? Any real progress? I'm curious.

@Familiar Lupine
While I don't exactly agree with some of the things you say or do, I will say it's really interesting to hear you give your side of the story on this. I expected you to be an unhinged lunatic from what I remember about you, but I'm pleasantly surprised to see that you're a pretty reasonable guy. To be honest I do think you being sexually attracted to dogs is pretty fucked up, but the fact that you claim that you yourself haven't actually made any sexual contact with a dog is good to hear. But I do have to ask, do you ever have any regrets for being so open about your fetish? Like are there ever times that you wish it wasn't such readily available information?

Before you were waving "zoophile" around yet now you're insisting over and over that you don't actually have any sexual attraction towards animals, just a friendly "admiration". Isn't the definition of zoophilia a sexual attraction? I'm having trouble understanding how you can say you're "attracted to animals" in the same sentence where you claim it's in no way sexual, then label yourself a zoophile and post pictures on your canine-themed twitter of your dog dildos.

You're either downplaying the sexual aspects now, or you're just a run of the mill furry who decided to throw "zoophile" into their twitter description because it looked cool. Reading through the thread it really feels as if you're confused yourself.

@Abilene Traits of someone who I would consider shallow would include the following:

1. The person does not have a firm grasp of english, grammar, and pronunciation. (This does not apply to those for whom English is not a first language.) or those with certain disabilities that would prevent optimal communication.)

2. The person does not have a broad enough vocabulary, or lacks the skill to use spoken or written words to communicate thoughts, ideas, etc... (This as well does not apply to those for whom English is not a first language or to those with certain disabilities that would prevent optimal communication.)

3. The person has no unique hobbies or skills. (If you spend all your free time playing (insert video game name here), I can respect it by acknowledging that you have free will over how you spend your time, but I will most likely not be willing to spend much time with you. I have no issue with video games or other activities, but I value the depth of character that is found in those with numerous varied interests.)

As far as the book I would like to write goes, I have not yet started writing it. I have only been thinking about writing it for a week or so, and have more just been brainstorming.

I started a few small stories in my past, all of which I am sure I would be embarrassed to read now, though I am unsure if I even have any parts of them left. As far as writing went, I was always more into poetry.

@Count groudon No, there has not yet been a time that I wish the information was not public. I don't regret being confronted about it by people, rather I just wish people would ask questions before making a judgement. I do get it though, most people are not particularly eager to discuss and inquire about topics that are considered taboo.

@Familiar Lupine
So you say you're a digital therian. I've heard that regular therians attend gatherings called "howls". Do you partake in such events?
Moreover, have you ever howled whenever you're alone?

@Ntwadumela I have never heard of such an event. Sounds a bit odd to say the least. Were I to hear of one in my area I might attend, but it would be more out of curiosity as to what kinds of deranged people might attend such an event. I highly doubt I would mesh too well with them. Sure I can respect their right to believe what they well, but they are a bit of a strange crowd.

@bitternuga I'm not exactly sure what you missed or what lines you read between, but I will attempt to sort things out for you.

First off, I do have sexual attraction towards animals, I just have no desire to actually behave sexually with the animal. I am attracted to them, it is sexual, and I am a zoophile.

You mentioned dog dildos. I have some, I like them. They remind me of what I find attractive in animals. But I have no desire to actually get that from an animal.

To preempt a likely question, no, I do not fantasize about real feral dogs while using canine inspired toys. To be completely honest I think dog cock looks better on an anthropomorphic creature.

With all due respect, you're showing an incredible level of shallow attitude based on this perspective of your conditions of 'shallowness'. With that same consideration, one could say you're shallow being involved in the furry comm.

Then - perhaps I'm simply splitting hairs and being pedantic - how does an anthropomorphic creature (thus mythical, and quite often with more human traits mentally/emotionally than not, in context of 'furry' characters it seems?) relate back to you identifying as a zoophile?

How are you defining sexual attraction if it's not a desire to be sexual?

@Familiar Lupine I'm gonna probably get some flak for this, but I just wanna say for what this thread is, youve been one of the most calm, mature, and informative lolcows to grace the forum and I respect that.

Especially since going into this thread there was already so much gross shit posted by the time you arrived.

It seems to be par for the course with sex weirdos. Same deal with the guy who fucked cars and the guy who wanted to be a tampon.

Ok, after hearing all of your justifications about why you being a zoophile is ok and nobody is getting hurt because you don't engage in dog sex, explain how can this behavior displayed above be any different than a pedofork looking at CP? Whether or not a pedo personally engages in sexual activity with kids is irrelevant, being in possession of CP is a crime. If you are looking up pictures of other people fucking animals, then you are NOT absolved of any wrong-doing.

Keep in mind: Just because he says he doesn't act on, doesn't mean he doesn't act on it. No, I am not accusing Lupine of lying, but neither am I validating what he states as truth. There's just no way to know for sure; at least not over the Internet. There's a clever softening contrast between the Lupine in the opening post (Lupine before he directly confronted others), and Lupine now (After opening himself to other users). Plus, Lupine is, clearly, a VERY smart individual.

Something's off, though. I feel like there is something "Off" about Lupine. I can't quite put my finger on it, though.

Totally. For instance, Jeffrey Dahmer smooth-talked his crazy ass out of some particularly sticky situations. Just because someone shows up and presents themselves as a calm, collected cool customer doesn't mean they're honest or negate the fact that they look at beastiality porn.

Trybal seems like the kind of person it would be fun to kmow at a distance, like a work colleague or a friend of a friend, because you could marvel at all the dreadful, fucked up shit he was getting up to. A bit like when I spend four hours on youtube looking at electrical substations blowing up and stuff, it's fun to watch disasters but you don't want to actually experience them all that much
