‘I love what they did’: Snoop Dogg on Trump granting clemency to pal

Cuomo trashes a Trump pardon of crooked ex-Assembly boss Sheldon Silver

Mr. President, don’t pardon Sheldon Silver

Notorious Trump hater Snoop Dogg now wants a favor

President Trump on Tuesday commuted the prison sentence of Death Row Records’ co-founder Michael “Harry O” Harris for attempted murder and cocaine trafficking, a friend who advocated for his release told The Post.
Harris, 59, got word he’d been granted clemency at Federal Correctional Institution Lompoc in California, said Weldon Angelos, who received his own pardon from Trump in December.
Angelos said Harris sent him an email saying, “Thank God. God is great. It feels like the weight of the world was lifted off my shoulders.”
The move came shortly after it was revealed that rapper Snoop Dogg had been secretly lobbying the White House on behalf of Harris.
Snoop’s efforts came even though he’s been an outspoken critic of Trump — and even made a video in which he pretended to shoot a clown dressed as the president.
Angelos, however, credited First Daughter Ivanka Trump for Harris’ impending release more than seven years before it was scheduled to take place on June 13, 2028.
“The credit on this one goes to Ivanka Trump because Ivanka Trump was not going to take no for an answer,” he said.
Angelos also cited the efforts of Alice Johnson the first-time drug offender Trump freed from a life sentence, and later pardoned, following lobbying by Kim Kardashian.
He said Ivanka “did this for Alice Johnson and this is a huge win for hip-hop.”
Trump is expected to officially announce a batch of last-minute pardons before Wednesday’s noon inauguration of President-elect Joe Biden.

I guess the important thing was the black unemployment numbers and the criminal niggers we sent back to the street all along...

Welp, I saw that coming.

They look out for each other; the mob were merely the sheep. And they felt for it hook, line and sinker.

Trump "drained the swamp" alright, just sprayed it all over the place the past couple years. Now with Biden, that swamp may get deeper.

The Trump presidency has colluded to be one of the worst administrations in recent memory. Thanks to factors inside and outside our control that have worsen the foundation of our country with mismanagement and politics.

Call it TDS, call it disillusionment, call it pessimism, but Donald Trump helped unleashed a storm of divide that will take years to clean up. I said HELPED; there's no denying that Trump played a part into all this.
It's certainly one of the most schizophrenic administrations in recent memory. Really reminds me of Grant's presidency: guy who does good shit when he follows his instincts has an extremely hostile and two-faced cabinet whispering in his ear. Said cabinet proceed to utterly stifle the potential of the president, and with that, the entire country as a whole.

Ah well. I still think Trump was better than, like, every other president we've had since Reagan, but I can't deny he'll never learn not to listen to dumbasses--which I suppose makes him a dumbass by proxy!

I agreed with Trump on a couple issues, immigration and political correctness. But ultimately, his behavior and the people he attracted hurt him in the long run. Saying he was the best or worst President of all time is hyperbole succumbed by ignorance, loyalty, and gratification.

Wow, pardoning someone who did actually agree with what Trump said he'd do and contributed to his 2016 campaign instead of a jewish banker, a nog or Kushner's daddy. Was Bannon corrupt? Sure, who gives a shit. The mistake isn't pardoning him now, it was firing him then.

Assange, Ulbricht, Snowden

Hell, maybe even Reality Winner, even though she was acting against Drumpf.

Some of the 1/6ers who were obviously lemming along with the crowd, but not the guy with zip ties.

Otherwise, who the fuck cares. Why are the last minute pardons a bunch of rappers and Bannon?

I thought he was supposed to stop corruption, not upgrade it.
To upgrade he'd have to pardon between 200 and 800 extra people depending on whether he wants to top half of who Clinton or Obama got out. He will be double up on Dubya Bush if he pardons another 100 today though, since Bush needed two terms to hit 200 pardoned. He'd also have to come out of this whole thing richer than he came in instead of blacklisted by several big businesses. That at least 1 person he pardoned is someone who was of actual help to him is a start though, this Trump guy might actually learn the friend-enemy dichotomy in a while. Wait, what do you mean it's his last day in charge?

I wasn't talking about pardons, I was talking about appointing grifters and slimy corruption carriers to important positions in government. Trump has set some kind of record for the amount of people he has hired, and then had to quietly send away after they are caught breaking the law and now we're seeing most of them get a pardon, like it was the plan all along. He ran on "law and order, and drain the corruption". The rest of his hires, the ones who didn't do anything bad, have largely resigned because they can't handle all the illegal shit that Trump enables.

Trump has by far been the most pro-nog president in your history. He got them jobs. He got them out of jail. He sat on his ass while they torched your country. He crashed relations with Sweden to get some dickhead who celebrated clips where they acted out killing him free. As he sits on his political deathbed, thoughts play in his head.

Should he pardon Assange after going after him for years to fuck over the CIA?

Should he pardon his supporters the way Obama did the Symbionese Liberation Army?

Should he pre-pardon his own children the way Clinton did his brother?

No, even then, Trump remembers what's most important in life. He grabs his Trump (TM) brand pen and his hand dances over the page, commuting the sentences of as many niggers as possible until at last the Secret Service tell him it's time to go. His term is over. It's time to rest.

I'll tell you one thing, and I'm not ashamed to say it, my estimation of Donald Trump as a man just fucking plummeted.

I feel like this Administration purposely finds ways to just make us angry at them.

Like not even generic libtard reeeee'ing about Drumpf Russia, just actual logical disgust.

Snoop Dogg hates Trump. Why didn't he ask Biden to do this when he got into office?

Is it just retardation from Trump or does he have this instilled respect for people who hate him?
Because sane people don’t care how something gets done, only that it does.

No Assange. That's foul.
There was 0 indication Trump would do this, and every indication he would be advised not to do it.

Not, really. No.
I figured you were retarded, here's a small example of you being a whiny bitch to me constantly over Trump. I'm not even including the articles I post where you constantly ran defense force for him. I guess your entire KF account never happened.

No pardon for Assange? Snowden? The peaceful protestors at the Capitol?

At least he moved the embassy to Jerusalem
Gotta keep the ethno-state secure for his half-breed spawn his little girl had with Jared. As long as Israel is safe, Trump's descendants have a homeland - you plebs, you get Kamala Harris, a few metal border poles, and the vitriol of all Media and Tech Monopolies. What a true "Deal" artist, Trump was. Now that the embassy is in Jewrusalem, any attack there can be used to start a larger desert war for "Best ally", not that the gubmint needed excuses for that.

President Trump granted clemency to nearly 150 people in the final hours of his presidency, including prominent allies, high-profile entertainers and many lesser-known convicted drug offenders.
Former White House strategist Steve Bannon, one-time Trump fundraiser Elliott Broidy and rapper Lil Wayne were among 73 people granted pardons.
Ken Kurson, a friend of Jared Kushner’s, was also pardoned. He was charged in October with cyberstalking in connection to a bitter divorce.
Bannon, also a former top Trump campaign aide, was charged last August for an alleged scam involving private donations to build a border wall.
Broidy, who held finance posts in Trump’s 2016 campaign, pleaded guilty in October to violating foreign lobbying laws.
Lil Wayne, whose real name is Dwayne Michael Carter, pleaded guilty last month to a felony gun charge after authorities found a gold-plated pistol with a pearl grip in his private jet a year ago.
The rapper had yet to be sentenced and faced up to a decade behind bars — since he was already convicted of a felony gun charge in 2009.
In addition to the pardons, Trump issued commutations to 70 people, including Kwame Kilpatrick, the former mayor of Detroit who was serving a 28-year prison term on corruption charges, and rapper Kodak Black. Black, 23, who was born Bill Kahan Kapri, was sentenced to prison last year for making a false statement to buy a firearm.
Conspicuously missing from the clemency list was former New York Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver, whom Trump was reportedly considering.
The widely anticipated move added to the nearly 90 clemency orders Trump had issued since 2017, including back-to-back waves over two days leading to Christmas.
Trump was heavily involved in vetting the people who sought his mercy and held several meetings over the past weekend to his plans, The Associated Press reported, citing an unidentified White House official.
The bulk of the clemency requests came from first-time drug offenders serving life sentences in prison, a source involved in the process told AP.
Other notable pardon recipients include Robert Zangrillo, a Miami venture capitalist charged in the college admissions scandal and former Arizona Rep. Rick Renzi, who was convicted in 2013 on corruption, money laundering and other charges.
Anthony Levandowski, a former Google engineer who was sentenced to 18 months in prison for stealing self-driving car technology for Uber, was also granted a pardon.
The president personally made every decision on who to approve and who to reject, the source added.
First Daughter Ivanka Trump, a full-time White House adviser to her dad, also reportedly met with advocates for various applicants, reviewed cases and brought them to the Justice Department and its Office of Pardon Attorney for review.
