Mr. President, don’t pardon Sheldon Silver

Notorious Trump hater Snoop Dogg now wants a favor

President Trump on Tuesday commuted the prison sentence of Death Row Records’ co-founder Michael “Harry O” Harris for attempted murder and cocaine trafficking, a friend who advocated for his release told The Post.
Harris, 59, got word he’d been granted clemency at Federal Correctional Institution Lompoc in California, said Weldon Angelos, who received his own pardon from Trump in December.
Angelos said Harris sent him an email saying, “Thank God. God is great. It feels like the weight of the world was lifted off my shoulders.”
The move came shortly after it was revealed that rapper Snoop Dogg had been secretly lobbying the White House on behalf of Harris.
Snoop’s efforts came even though he’s been an outspoken critic of Trump — and even made a video in which he pretended to shoot a clown dressed as the president.
Angelos, however, credited First Daughter Ivanka Trump for Harris’ impending release more than seven years before it was scheduled to take place on June 13, 2028.
“The credit on this one goes to Ivanka Trump because Ivanka Trump was not going to take no for an answer,” he said.
Angelos also cited the efforts of Alice Johnson the first-time drug offender Trump freed from a life sentence, and later pardoned, following lobbying by Kim Kardashian.
He said Ivanka “did this for Alice Johnson and this is a huge win for hip-hop.”
Trump is expected to officially announce a batch of last-minute pardons before Wednesday’s noon inauguration of President-elect Joe Biden.

I guess the important thing was the black unemployment numbers and the criminal niggers we sent back to the street all along...

U.S. President Donald Trump has decided to pardon his former strategist and far-right figurehead Steve Bannon, according to multiple reports.

The decision, reported by CNN, Bloomberg and Reuters Tuesday night, came after earlier reports that Trump had been talked out of pardoning Bannon by his aides. Yet even those reports admitted the question was still open throughout the day, with Trump continuing to bring up the possibility.

Bannon — who founded the right-wing news website Breitbart and was the chief architect of Trump’s Muslim travel ban in 2017 — was charged in August 2020 with duping thousands of investors who believed their money would be used to fulfil Trump’s chief campaign promise to build a wall along the southern border.

Instead, Bannon is charged with diverting over a million dollars, paying a salary to one campaign official and personal expenses for himself. He has pleaded not guilty to the charges.

Bannon, who also ran Trump’s 2016 campaign in its final months, left the White House eight months into Trump’s term but remained a close ally as he returned to his media career.

He was briefly expelled from Trump’s inner circle in 2018 when he was quoted in author Michael Wolff’s book Fire and Fury criticizing members of Trump’s family. He claimed that Donald Trump Jr.’s meeting with a Russian lawyer along with Jared Kushner and Paul Manafort during the campaign was “treasonous,” and called Ivanka Trump “dumb as a brick.”

Trump issued a lengthy statement from the White House after the quotes were published that severed ties with Bannon, claiming he “has lost his mind” and “has nothing to do with me or my presidency.” Bannon left his leadership position at Breitbart shortly afterwards.

Despite the fallout, Bannon has continued to defend the president in the media and was an unofficial advisory during Trump’s re-election campaign. He has also parroted Trump’s baseless claims of widespread voter fraud and conspiracy since November’s election and has encouraged his former boss to keep fighting to overturn the results.

Trump also commented that he felt “very badly” for Bannon after his arrest last August.

Trump was expected to issue over 100 pardons and clemencies on his final day of office, but the official list has not yet been released by the White House as of Tuesday night.

The list is said to also include rappers Lil Wayne and Kodak Black as well as a number of Republican officials convicted of white collar crimes. It is not anticipated that Trump’s lawyer Rudy Giuliani or members of his family will be pardoned, however.

Trump has already pardoned a number of longtime associates and supporters, including his former campaign chairman, Paul Manafort; the father of his son-in-law, Charles Kushner; his longtime friend and adviser Roger Stone and his former national security adviser Michael Flynn.

This is truly an awful choice, Bannon scammed MAGA people with his fake wall that was meant to fail from the start and then embezzled that money to buy himself a ship. Trump even denounced him! That's not even the low quality gayop grift he was working on with Miles Guo the entire year, which eventually turned into the Hunter Biden story via Gnews.
One hell of a final spit in the face.
Here's the clip where Bannon openly admitting he was fucking MAGA people raw and stealing their money to use illegally:

Has he pardoned Snowden yet.

Cause like, that's the big thing in my craw right now.
Sorry, he's only pardoning bloodsucking demon jews, actual rapist gutter gangster drug dealers, and finally family members if they haven't already been covered under the previous two categories.

No Assange. That's foul.

Snowden doesn't matter, really. He's got like 50 milluon followers on social media. If he was a real dissident he'd have zero. He is not in need of help. If the establishment had any beef with him he's be hiding or getting hided.

I'm longing for the days of Bush and Obama. At least politics weren't shoved down your throat at that time.
Yeah, it just got shoved in your wallet while it slept and down the throats of Persian and Afghani children.

That all still happens, but now your wallet gets to be awake enough to resist and we're less responsible for the present suffering of the Persian and Afghani children.

With Biden, you and your wallet's getting hit with another quaalude. Assume the position.

While it doesn't matter because he could still probably never set foot in the US without having some CIA fucko suicide him, it matters to me because it says a lot about Trump. There's really no reason *not* to pardon him at this point except to bow down to the establishment/state. Which he shouldn't give two fucks about like he's said for the past 5 or 6 years, but especially considering what has happened in the last month.

Trump did a lot of stupid shit over the past four years, and I'm not talking the stupid shit the media bitched about either, but simply doing that would make me overlook a lot of it.

Draining the swamp and purging America of joggers by pardoning the swamp and joggers.
Zero sum game. The swamp has to be moved somewhere, and dumping it into the ocean is illegal or something. Guess the swamp is being drained... into the rest of the country.

What I really don't get is why there's not even any hint that he's going to pardon Assange. He's being railroaded by the alphabet gang even worse than his own campaign was, so you'd think that even if he didn't empathize with that, he'd want to give a middle finger to the agencies that tried to finger him. He pardoned someone else that was in a similar situation-- Flynn. And it's not as if there isn't a commotion about pardoning Assange, so you can't say that Assange just slipped his mind.

It's like the entirety of swamp (really, the government itself) has a gun ready to fire at his head if he even considers pardoning the guy.

Should've at least done something for Assange. Motherfucker helped him win 2016.
I think he's a little bit too worried about pissing off Republican senators even more to pardon Assange. As it stands they're likely teetering on whether to support the whole impeachment thing given he'll be out of office soon and his odds of getting back in are slim to none. Yet as helpful as Assange was in getting Trump in, plenty of the Republican senators despise Assange for the times he's released information embarrassing to the US that wasn't to their benefit. So if Trump pardons Assange they're likely to get pissed off enough to say "fuck it" and convict him in the senate trial to embarrass Trump and be rid of him. Which I don't think Trump really wants. So unless he's the one who says "fuck it" at the last minute and pardons Assange, it's probably not going to happen.

Bannon on the other hand most of the senators probably don't care much about. They'll likely shrug it off as usual pardon business if that's Trumps most controversial pardon. The Democrats will probably make hay out of it, but it's the Republicans Trump is considering.

He didn't pardon either. His term ends the same as it begun, by betraying his base and pardoning disgusting irredeemable gangsters. Full circle.

The peaceful protestors at the Capitol?
Welp, I saw that coming.

They look out for each other; the mob were merely the sheep. And they felt for it hook, line and sinker.

Trump "drained the swamp" alright, just sprayed it all over the place the past couple years. Now with Biden, that swamp may get deeper.

The Trump presidency has colluded to be one of the worst administrations in recent memory. Thanks to factors inside and outside our control that have worsen the foundation of our country with mismanagement and politics.

Call it TDS, call it disillusionment, call it pessimism, but Donald Trump helped unleashed a storm of divide that will take years to clean up. I said HELPED; there's no denying that Trump played a part into all this.
