There's just something to this first one that made it stand out to me compared to other model kits.

Was messing around with energon megatron/galvatron today and I forgot just how posable he is but also how weird it is because every joint is a heavy fucking ratchet that sounds like the 20 year old figure's about to shatter, yet it holds strong as ever. Please note unlike some tolerance issues with older figures this guy was like that for me from day 1. Everyone calls him a brick but he's literally just missing ankle tilt and a sideways elbow swivel. People also talk about how back heavy he is on reviews but you can just plop him down in any pose his joints allow within reason and he'll hold as long as it's not leaning back

His wrist swivel is really cleverly placed around his elbow so his tank arm cannon/sword if you got it on is always properly aligned with the hand's orientation. If it wasn't so big and unwieldy he'd be able to do some really dynamic poses with it. I do not know where the arm cannon is though so he's just bare-armed.

i need to dust him off though and a bunch of my other UT and BW figures from when I was a kid I still got sometime.

So slightly more brighter/washed out colors based on the blu-ray release of the movie then, got it.

Even if it's based on a fucked transfer it looks good as the normal one that I already have. Extra accessories are better though the price is likely gonna be hiked to hell for them knowing hasbro.

EDIT: and they still haven't painted the middle part of the spoiler orange... I mean i never added the paint to mine liek I intended but it's kind of hilarious to see given it's hard plastic.

I have managed to snag a PotP Heatwave, or whatever that line is called now. But seriously, where the fuck are Blades and Boulder? Make the whole team. Also saw a character I didn't recognize at my Walmart. It was something along the lines of 'vein' or 'vivin'. He was yellowish-orange in one or two places. Not a clue who it is. But if Hasbro are okay with investing in him, Boulder and Blades would be a sinch. Also snagged fan made gear that was on sale on Etsy. Those pooners are easy to butter up for extra freebies if you're willing to dish out a few shallow compliments. Not ashamed to say I found Shia and Peter's reuinion melted my cold heart. Shelf is almost complete. Thinking of getting another one for other hobby figures I'd like to display.

Venom, one of the toy-only g1 insecticons, turns into a cicada. He's apperently the "leader" of the insecticons going by his bio. new figure's named venin instead of venom for the same reason octane was called octone last time he was released in the US. (or hot rod was hot shot and shockwave was shockblast like 20 years ago)

I like his look but at the new inflated prices it doesn't feel worth it.

Looked up to make sure I was remembering the figure name right and found out he was in several comics over the years.

My DX9 Prowl came in on Friday but been too busy with work to unbox him and now that I have free time I can't do anything because he comes boxed in his altmode to save on packaging and I cant transform him due to one of my hands being burned and the other one being cut Wanted to see how his legs are, noticed people having them a bit loose

trough my journey trough the wasteland known as germany i had a rare find: earthspark deluxe soundwave! i think this is the only one spotted in europe, so i'm going to keep this in box and lets its value rise.

just ignore my daughter holding it, there is nothing that can go wrong and she would never just rip open the box.
