The only Third Party company I've ever vibed with MP-wise was Maketoys and they've been dead as fuck aside from nonstop seeker repaints.
alot of 3P MP stuff is just a fucking nightmare of engineering most of the time or it looks off in some way.
currently the only 3P stuff I'm really paying close attention is Dr Wu, hes been pumping out sub-legends sized dudes and they're pretty great. the Sandstorm he showed off looks fantastic.
Grandmein (Hightbrow) should be out soonish from Maketoys as they seem to finally start releasing their headmasters again. That figure has been in the works though since 2018. After that they just have to do a Brainstorm. Their Wiseblast has been in lineart concept form since 2017. While I do like their seekers and they're giving us all of the colours needed as well as some of the drone colours so we don't have to feel too bad about having multiples of the same colour it's time for them to release something new. I'd even be happy with one of their overstylized figures like their combiners or the other line they have.

It's been a while, I've recently within the last few months gotten some cool stuff. Some examples being that amazon nova prime based on the platinum games design but advertised as the IDW comic one, and a used copy of the studio series wreck gar. Great figures, fuck the scalpers trying to hawk them, especially wreck gar. Also fuck the updated MSRP of 36 dollars combined with every place charging wacked out shipping half the time now, my broke ass ain't paying. Might post some pics if i remember to take them later.

I love this guy. The detailing on him in both vehicle and robot mode is impressive. I love how on the break handles there's an "L" and "R" and that the back of his head becomes the speedometer in vehicle mode. In robot mode, he looks like he jumped right off the screen of the movie. His legs in particular are impressive. It's also neat that you can plug his spinning axe into a hole in the back in robot mode.

Also, the kiddy Beast Weaponizers are quite good. They have no head articulation, which is disappointing, but their articulation and detailing otherwise is generally pretty good. I really like the Mirage's cannon-to-hand gimmick as well as his smooth-rolling vehicle mode (though his arm has better headlight design than vehicle mode). The Wheeljack is neat too; his arms are a bit bulky, but they work for me, and he rolls along smoothly in vehicle mode.

It's basically the perfect currently available motorbike transformer design save for a few gaps in the altmode and some slightly off scaling. Really weird to me how the legacy prime arcee was gimped in accuracy because they blatantly made kinda janky solely to reuse it as every other motorcycle transformer at the deluxe scale sans the junkion weaponizer. Wreck gar's not only insanely accurate to his animation model, but then you got Junkheap (and soon scrapheap too) who look significantly different from wreck gar and somewhat match the character models despite being retools of him. This isn't even touching on the third party kits I've seen for wreck gar and Junkheap that turn them into stuff ranging from other junkions from the background shots of the movie to wacked out crossover stuff like Robot Zartan. If I ever manage to get some more copies for cheap enough I'll probably get some of those kits if they're still around.

Yeah I just hope it actually comes out. I've had Hardhead & Chromedome for years. Chromedome might just be my favorite third party release ever.

I spent $87 with taxes on each Snarl I picked up earlier. I was amazed that the additional $5-10 places sell on top of conversion prices wasn't on them as usual. I just had to worry about the 13% tax on them. I miss having to only pay 5% taxes on stuff. A voyager class figure shouldn't cost nearly the same as a AAA game. Though I'm supposed to also pay 13% taxes on Steam now too. Thank god for remote VM's in other places so I can just use them to buy stuff off of Steam without worrying about getting banned for using a VPN and buying shit. It saves me around $7 every time I want to buy a few games.

Looks like I was right about the new Magneous figure being a Rocklord according to the concept artwork
United Deluxe Magneous Concept Art for Transformers Legacy Coming Soon__scaled_800.jpg
Confirmed at Pulse Con too

The price hikes make the stuff going on with the plastic completely inexcusable. I've seen some nightmare level stuff with the grey plastic on the Soundwave figures from the last few years turning nearly brown within a few months of being opened, shit like Shrapnel (who never fucking stocked in my area and is being scalped for 60 dollars online) coming with the horns being full on brown level yellowing fresh on store shelves, and Junkheap having a 50/50 shot of having one foot completely piss colored while the other is fine or no issue at all. People make a big deal about Jhiaxus' crotch joint bits being greener than the rest of hm acting like thats "yellowing" or point out the odd quick slight yellowing of the white plastic, but what freaks me out is the nasty looking stuff thats been going on with the grey and silver plastics. So far none of mine have been hit with it so maybe I got lucky but there's always a chance and it fucking perturbs me every time I think about it. The junkheap figure I also got used a while back has slightly different grey for the legs and don't know if it's the yellowing disease or just standard plastic variation though I hope it's the latter because the same stuff is going on with Wreck Gar's legs and it seemingly hasn't gotten any darker yet on either but only time will tell.

That was due to them not putting enough of the agent into their plastic mix that causes plastic to not yellow. So far the past two lines I haven't had an issue. Luckily when I have time I tend to take my stuff apart and repaint them to get more vibrant colours out of them
I hope we get the Sticks n Stones inspired one at some point, the black one they showed off is pretty dull.
I may repaint one into Spearhead or Stoneheart.

coincidentally two of the only vintage Rocklords I'm missing. Spearhead is especially a fucking pain to get since hes a Euro exclusive. I did manage to score a Saberstone a few years ago and shes pretty cool.
I wonder if they'll have the balls to reference Fossilsaurus

They sort of referenced the combiners back when we had Fossilisers a few years ago which was nice. I don't think anyone caught that.

Around a day or 2 ago I managed to find the other recent Deluxe class figure I've been trying to get ahold of since this wave of figures based on unreleased g2 decos came out. This and the Sunset Sideswipe were unfortunately the ones that were 1 per pack from what 've heard which makes the fact I found both of them a month or 2 apart something kinda neat.
(unlike the prior exclusive waves RIP MY CHANCE OF GETTING COSMOS OR THE TOY DECO SS86 HOT ROD )
Haven't ever transformed this guy or the other Dead End I got of this mold so I don't know if mine has the defect alot of these have where the back of the car won't fully clip together. They're cool figures on their own even without transforming them, weird lack of actual feet on this guy aside.

Something about the colors on this variant really just sit right with his design. The combo of yellow visor and slightly greener yellow faceplate just works when paired with the metallic teal blue, as garish it might sound on paper. The figure reminds me less of the unreleased repainted g1 figure it's homaging, and more that specific kind of coloration comics had for decades. You know, the heavy contrasting colors ink based stuff from before some point in the later 90s where they switched to digital shading.
Could have taken more pics but I didn't feel like it. Might get around to it later.

Finally got around to taking photos of the Galaxy Force DVD dudes together.
Shit, I didn't even know Sideways had a white variant! (Yes I know Noisemaze technically because JP)

I am unbelievably jealous of this picture. Any of theses goons would be grails for me, so seeing all three of them together is really envying to me.
I got incredibly lucky with all of them.
wasn't really actively searching for them but just ran across each one individually over the years, Excilion was a criminally underpriced auction that I guess people just didn't see, Chromia I found for like 70$, and Noisemaze was about 100$ off Mercari.
now if only I could get that same luck with the DVD Microns.... I only have the Super Stunt Team which I got years ago for like 30 bucks, but since then I haven't seen a single other one for a remotely reasonable price.

Most luck I've had is a boxed Noisemaze that was 40 bucks off of yahoo when they're like, 80+ most of the time. Still hoping to find a Mass Produced Nosiemaze that's under 300 bucks one day.

Nice to see that Fans Toys and Mastermind Creations is working on a Devastator. I have more faith in theirs than with X-Transbots. At least I can trust their engineering usually (Fans Toys only just recently started doing overly complicated figures, but least they do have some clearances), and wont fall apart the day you get them. Sure The individual characters look good from X-Transbots and the size of their Devastator is great (522mm or 21inchs). Fan's Toy's looks to be even larger if their individual character sizes are to be believe (Scrapper is the same height as Acoustic Wave). MMC's Devastator should be the same height as their other combiners.

Always nice that TFW2005 are usually the quickest with the TFCon panel updates.

If heights are to be believed on TFSource, Fans Toys Scrapper is nearly two inches taller than X-Transbots version. They will however be $40 more. However, personally I'll pay more for better engineering and quality.
