After getting three of them myself and getting various QC issues on each I stopped picking them up (picked up the first two). They don't feel very premium to me. I like the Zeta Toys one, however the trains are a bit chunky but never had any major QC issues, size is also perfect for MP scale. However, I don't feel like they go well with MP Starsaber. They look great next to Power Baser though. Planet X Kadmos is too stylised to go with them. Fits in good with Masterminds Creations stuff though (Kadmos that is).

Back is nice and clean, Dino mode looks great. Nice and slender as he should be.
Size comparisons for Ultra Magnus.

Personally, he's looking great. Like a smaller MP and almost a 1:1 to their MP version.

I find that he's better than some of the other Transformers lore videos out there since he understands that there are different continuities in the franchise. MrNormalPerson is by far one of the worst Transformers lore channels out there. My main issue with Chris McFeely is that you can get the same amount of information just reading TFWiki, but that's a common issue with most lore channels out there for any franchise.

I like all of them so far except for Yukikaze.
the QC issues are definitely a pain tho, my Getsuei has a crack on one of the front train hinge flap things, my shouki broke at the foot because the rivet for the joint was far too tight, and Yukikaze has the breaking knees issue that seems fairly widespread. Suiken has nothing so far which is great.
I've fixed all of these but you really shouldn't have to with toys so expensive.
the Zeta ones I really dont like the look of. they're too clean in robot mode to a fault, and the colors are weird and wrong, the sculpts aren't all there and yeah the train modes are just terrible, especially Kaen who just has his chest flaps plainly visible on the sides. I've also seen a decent amount of breakage issues with them, mostly on the arm connectors for combined mode and Kaen's hip joints.
so yeah, best Raiden overall is probably still the G1, wish they'd just reissue it but my vintage one is holding up fine. the MPG ones are a cool experiment by Takara and I'm curious to see what else they're going to do with the line, I hope they don't just do something boring like Devastator after Raiden and do some weirdo like Liokaiser or Magnaboss or something.

I want a new Liokaiser and also no clear plastic this time. The Trainbots used WAY too much of it as is.

The clear plastic is really only remotely an issue on Shouki and even then I don't think my breakage on him would have gone any differently with solid plastic. its all either thick enough or doesn't need to support much weight. the other 3 have all used inserts mostly besides like Getsuei's front flap and struts.

Why are there so many Trannies in this fanbase?

I want to be a Decepticon just to wipe them all out.
The unfortunate part of being into autistic toy robots, is the community tends to attract autists. I refuse to buy loose figure from troops, even if the price is excellent. I want the money to be spent on robots, not titty Skittles.

I haven't had any issues with my Trainbots from Zeta Toy's. They're old designers from Toy World who got upset and took their ball (a lot of figures they designed as well as few others they didn't) and went elsewhere so I can trust their quality. A subset of them worked on the 3rd Party Unicron as a new company which was pretty good in my opinion and the Primus is looking good too. I'm not into trains as much as some people so if they appear a little fatter than they should be that's fine. I can still tell who/ what they're supposed to be. They're either in bot mode or combine mode anyways. If I wanted my Transformers in vehicle mode then I would just go out and get model cars instead.

Hopefully once people are done doing the Protectobots (they need to be recoloured as Guard City though) we can get a MP scale Computron and Terrorcons, then later some Predicons (that isn't stylized) and Seacons (perfect for getting two "different" characters out of). It's too bad the Autobots didn't have too many combiner teams.

Fan's Hobby may get to doing a 3rd party Thunderblast eventually. They seem to be the only ones interested in the Unicron Trilogy. DS-O1 Susanoo wasn't bad but neither tank mode nor the robot mod could be considered MP like. Arashi does look better though. Still not MP like. They do fit in better with some Mastermind Creations stuff. You'll never see such a thing from Takara. Not only was Bludgeon not in the movies and therefore not get a MP figure, Takara is still talking about dropping MP figures all together.
