Oh, I do occasionally. I had an internet friend who, by her own admission, looked like a regular butch lesbian to everyone on the outside because she "couldn't transition" (for some reason I forgot) but um she was totally a guy and we all had to respect the he/him pronouns!

These people are a dime a dozen, though I will admit that it's the girls claiming to be trans who are way less likely to put any kind of effort into it.

Sadly (or actually, not sadly at all) no I haven't interacted with that in real life. Thank God. I have encountered troons IRL but most of these "put zero effort in" troons have been online. And I've seen various tiktok compilations and such.

I was at the store and saw Butterbeer-flavored Goldfish, probably part of the same campaign, and thought it sounded gross. Now I realize there are going to be toddlers out there whose moms will never allow them to have (regular cheese-flavored) Goldfish again. Aww.

Yes. Not a ton, but at least one every couple of months. Most of them have beards. They yearn to speak to the manager.

Off topic, and I know it's the accepted term, but describing a company licensing a brand or celebrity name for a product line as a 'collab' I find entertaining and ridiculous.

Like, was JK Rowling in the Chinese manufacturing plant working with the chemical engineers to get the nail polish viscosity at just the right level? Did she develop samples for what 'butterbeer' should look and smell like? Non. JK Rowling's lawyer told her 'this company has offered you x million to use Harry Potter branding on their [insert product line]. We have done all the checking and they are respectable and solvent. Do you accept? And then JK Rowling looks up from her writing (even though in this fantasy scenario the lawyer isn't in the room and Rowling is reading an email) and she says 'yes' and then never thinks about it again and doesn't notice she's x million richer.

With regard to the butterbeer-scented nail topper, I (like @Aunt Carol) coincidentally saw these butterbeer-flavored graham crackers when I stepped out to the store a few hours ago.

I had no intention of buying them, and I don’t even like Harry Potter, but…

It’s been a long while since I’ve had graham crackers, and I could use some snacks for the plane tomorrow. But the biggest deciding factor was remembering the posts of the troons and their enablers getting triggered at the nail topper. And thus, I couldn’t slam that bag into my cart fast enough.

It’s fucking comical that the troons, who know deep down that society hates them, repeatedly don’t put two and two together to realize how their public antagonism and boycotts of “evil” products affect consumer buying behavior in the direction that they don’t want, if even on a minuscule level. Their acrimony has the opposite effect, driving many towards those aforementioned products out of spite.

It amuses me that they don’t get this, but if they were even remotely intelligent with IQs above 60, then they wouldn’t be troons in the first place.
 
There are a ton of Harry Potter collab right now, I noticed a lot of food ones because I am fat and you will not have sex with me. I don't know why this promotion is happening, is the show coming out soon?
There is always HP stuff, but it seemed like a flood of them.

I looked SkinnyPop and Goldfish up. SkinnyPop is not promoting the popcorn at all. Goldfish announced it like this

But they're not going to have nostalgia for a new YA series, because it wasn't the one they read as a kid. Why not a regular book series? There are so many sci-fi or fantasy book series, some really long so you get to read about your faves forever, and with fans and fandoms out there too.

This is like complaining that you miss the Mr. T Cereal of your youth, and some Redditor telling you to pick up Baby Shark Cereal because that's what modern kids are eating. But Mr. T Cereal tasted like sweetened corn, and Baby Shark Cereal is Fin-Tastic Fruit Flavor; what would be helpful would be if they recommended other corn-flavored cereals, especially ones that are less sweet for the adult palette.

I’ve yet to see a more fembrained relationship post, despite the fact that this is supposedly gay couple. Can’t wait for a follow up in a few months when she’s stressed out because he hasn’t proposed yet.
 
Their insistence that JKR is all over social media frothing at the mouth and constantly calling for them all to be dragged out of their hovels and lined up at pre-dug mass graves to be disposed of always amazes me. Being widely-literate, I don't pay any special attention to what she does, but every time I do see something she posts, she's pretty polite and mild-mannered, not channeling Nuremburg speeches.

Sorry if this is late but this unlocked a repressed memory of mine.

I found a YouTube channel back when I was about 14 called Maskon, and it's this guy who makes video skits about wearing these high-quality female silicone masks.

Here's the channel and here's the video that stuck with me:



From what I remember, the guy makes these masks himself and sells them on a website. Definitely fetish AGP content.
