I had a look at Noelle Jaclyn’s Instagram. No pictures including Jazz, no mention of Jazz at all (except by others, in the comments)He developed osteoporosis from the hormone blockers and had to have surgery as a result.

The first picture on the account is from 2015 and I think it shows Noelle before he decided he was trans.

Anytime I see someone make a preemptive attempt to mitigate flak for their drug use, I immediately assume addiction. It's not always this egregious, though.
