You can never let there people win. The amount of passive aggression from the poomer at the table to the pooner server is frustrating. When these people confront you like this just refuse to play the game, give their words no power.
That's true. It's not a novel point or anything but I remember a post on ftm where like half of the pooners said they're too afraid to use the men's bathroom. Kind of funny how pooners are so sure they're men but are also terrified of them and never interact with them.
That's funny because I've seen regular ole women use the men's room in order to avoid the line in their restroom. If you gotta go, you gotta go I guess, unless you're a pooner. In that case the first and last solution is to suffer endlessly apparently.
It is just a dumb point. Doctors can believe whatever they want but a surgeon bringing up any divine entity during a consultation to explain how the human body works and which interventions are viable would raise some concerns about professionalism, at the very least. But somehow I'm sensing Brian wouldn't have been happy if the doc had just said "no amount of hormones will change what type of fat you have" either.
Now that's interesting. Women that are running away from their womanhood seem more likely to be fearful of male spaces than well-adjusted women that just need to cop a squat? Why could that possibly be? Surely there's a link and root cause between fearing men and trying to be seen as male.
One of the differences I see is that for the most part, troons want in on "womanhood" and its social perks and customs without wanting to change or redefine them much. It can range from sincere homage to outright mockery, or be twisted by porn, but they still (generally) keep to the female/feminine script. They're ok with the common, sex based cultural practices and behaviors. And they work at keeping their maleness from surfacing and destroying the illusion. Pooners on the other hand, out of ignorance, fear, distaste, whatever, (feminism, cough, cough) seem to want to redefine the essential qualities and interests of men, manhood, and male culture. Or to blur them enough so they can still have their feminine fun while larping as "masc" males. We've seen pooners complaining about male behaviors in male spaces over and over. Those awful "cis" men are lewd, gross slobs. They're loud. Aggressive. Say mean things. (!) Troons may be ignorant of (or baffled by) some of the more subtle or generally unseen behaviors of females, but we don't see them insisting that they should change and be more like them when they encounter them in the wild.
I know what you're getting at but there are just some girls that are wigged out with men and nothing bad has really happened to them. They just have this anxiety around guys. It's like a version of turbo virgin or something and I honestly think it's part of how autism plays out in females. Similarly there are some guys that are freaked out around women, not necessarily going to describe it as being afraid of them or anything. It's just a thing that happens to some (usually autistic and socially underdeveloped in some way) people.
It can work, but they would need to feel safe being a woman. They feel it's safer being an effeminate man than a woman.

Maybe this is "benevolent sexism" but more of the women who do this seem to be basically normals who got caught up in a moronic fad, whereas the guys I have seen do this irl were already fucked up losers who were going to get into big trouble one way or another.
