The only male enby I ever met also said that he's asexual. I didn't get to know him better since he just wasn't interesting to me, but I always saw him hanging out with the more 'manly' guys, though I don't know if they did anything

He was pretty effeminate to me, his face reminded me of some slightly chubby highschool girl. Long hair, always clean shaven (arms too), but otherwise dressed normally. Never looked like he wore any makeup, but he was definitely one of those people who had a 'skincare routine' even when just going out to the corner store. He never talked about any LGBT stuff. He just struck me as someone with low libido.
 
The only normal enby I've ever known was a high-femme muslim girl who wore acrylics and full-fake makeup every day. I'm 100% convinced most of the girls who claim to be nonbinary only do so because they can't handle what "being a woman" means to them and instead of standing up for themselves just decide they don't want to be a woman at all.

Honestly, this is the tiniest flicker of self-awareness. Most people, especially strangers, don't care about your personal emotional struggle; how would he react if the cashier at Target dumped their religious doubts on him and expected him to guess the right answers?

The next step is to go back to not telling people about his secret inner genderthoughts and just letting the world "gender" him as the male he is, whether or not he has long hair or a pink shirt or whatever.

I've seen troons seethe over 'theyfabs' often; women who use she/they because its trendy and gains them social capital, and I have had the misfortune to run into a few. I'd say they're at least half or more of non binary women.

I think most of them are just teenage girls that are insecure and want to feel special. Puberty is a difficult time to go through and lots of things happen that stress them out.

15 years ago these girls would just have been emo/goth-girls for a few years.

How many 30-40 year old goths do you see these days? That is right, because it was just a phase and they grew out of it.
But, while you can grow out of a phase you can never grow-back titties that have been cut off.

This is so sickening. Most women are trying to figure out how to keep men away, how to not get attention from men, because of how draining and unsafe it is.

Troons cannot comprehend this, despite knowing about it, they still regard it as some sort of competition with women. And when women get offended, they think we are jealous.

'Theyfab' is a distinction without a difference in that regard, as 100% of people who claim to be 'non-binary' to any degree are only doing so because it's trendy and gains them social capital.

Regardless of whether they are she/they or fully commit and go they/them, it could only ever be done for that reason as being 'non-binary' is not something that exists in any tangible, measurable or explainable way.

I think you are thinking of Dramatical Murder. It was very popular on tumblr because the main blue hair character was very feminine being chased by multiple men. It was written like a classic Ao3 fanfic. A LOT of TIFs fell in love with it. Almost every person I knew that liked DMMD is now a TIF or NB gender special.

Claiming to be 'non-binary' is the easiest way to gain access to the LGHDTV club as you don't have to commit to being gay, chopping off healthy tissue, dressing differently, taking cross-sex hormones or really doing anything at all besides just claiming that you are non-binary. There are no physical markers for it, no genetic indicators, no behavioural signifiers- the only evidence that could ever possibly exist that someone is non-binary is that they once said they are.

That is why it's so popular among those who crave validation, attention and unearned clout. Which, I suppose, is a very long-winded way of saying "you're absolutely right".
