Tbh I wasn't too brushed up on the protocol in general at the women's facility because it wasn't the main facility I worked at, I just got farmed out there quite a bit.

But, if I had to take an educated guess I'd imagine that it would look something like this: 1. there will be an internal investigation 2. the dude is going to be sent to seg until the investigation is finished and 3. he's either going to a.) get put right back into gen pop but just in a different housing unit b.) he'll get booted to the male facility (HIGHLY unlikely) or c.) get shipped off to another state prison. I'd place my personal bet on him just staying and being put into a different unit, probably catching some sort of PREA related charge in the process. They coddle inmates in general and they won't dare rock the boat when it comes to the fuckers masquerading as women.

And yeah, I'm surprised too. But that it's happening at all is the real issue.

If even New Jersey isn't willing to put up with the nonsense, it gives me hope they'd do the right thing around here. There needs to be zero tolerance for it. The audacity btw that this dude proclaims he doesn't deserve to be treated like that after fucking killing someone to end up there in the first place. How rich.

This is anecdotal, but I still fondly remember being out with my partner, encountering a tranny, and both of us bursting out into fits of laughter. I think she might even have cried, "Oh no!" :lit:

He literally had no recourse but to virginwalk away.

This wasn't something we planned to do, it was more an organic response to a situation, but I think it's important to mention: we didn't point, we didn't openly announce what we were laughing at, we were just a couple of people loudly laughing in his presence. Jolly, it was. It couldn't be street harassment, because there's no law about laughing in public.

I heartily recommend it, ladies. Men are all, on some level, terrified of women laughing at them.

One of the biggest "peak trans" moments I've had in my long and storied career as an Evil Terf was finding out that women's prisons in Cali and other blue states had begun hanging posters up advising the women of their options (ie abortion, adoption) in the event that they get pregnant from being raped by a trans-identified male. So... you know, don't worry, they've got that covered!

iirc there is word that some prisons are counseling the women to start birth control if they aren't already on it so they don't get pregnant when these men rape them. What a wonderful world we live in, right? 🤬

That would be a war crime if done to enemy captured combatants in times of war. For real. Even autocrats in the 19th century knew better than to incarcerate men and women together. Its insane.
