  • your clothes
  • hairstyle
  • how you make friends
  • buy furniture
  • decide what to eat.
I’m obviously doing life wrong because so many of my choices seem dictated in whole or part by physical reality, not mental constructs:
  • clothes: my body size and shape, the weather, the occasion, what’s clean
  • hairstyle: how much hair I have, what I’m about to do
  • how you make friends: I hate people
  • buy furniture: what I need, the space, my budget, the build quality and its looks
  • decide what to eat: time, appetite, money, greed

They think HRT is like a custom character creator menu, instead of a sex hormone that fucks around with your genetic expression. Showing them a table of known effects, both desirable and undesirable, and telling them that at the informed consent clinic appears not to make an impression on most troons.
