I think it’s interesting that asking basic questions like “Why would living as a woman make you happier?” makes you a transphobe.

It’s also interesting that he has no real answer for the most basic of questions. Are these the kind of questions that medical professionals find acceptable for transitioning? A vague shoulder shrug and an “I dunno I just do.” Is enough to give a child hormones or permanently alter their body? Seems completely legit and in the best interest of the patient and not the pockets of the ‘doctors’.

We all know the answer but it’s still fascinating to me that everyone but them can see what a farce it all is.

I'm sure most people already know, but just to remind anybody who might not, yes, this is literally what they will do. The trans activists will always cry "NOBODY IS JUST GIVING PEOPLE HORMONES AND SURGERIES, YOU HAVE TO BE EXAMINED AND APPROVED BY A DOCTOR AND IT TAKES A LONG TIME," but it's a total lie. These quacks will green-light anybody, and openly admit to insurance fraud in some instances, just to approve more kids for butchery.

In case anyone needs reminding, ultimate transphobe Matt Walsh had his producer go to one of these quacks and get approved for orchiectomy (testicle removal) after a 22-minute zoom call. The entire conversation was just "yeah I wanna cut my balls off" and the "doctor" goes "Okay! Sounds great! Here's your letter, $200 please!" Said producer provided a fake name, no ID, demonstrated a clear ignorance of the procedure (couldn't even pronounce it correctly) and what it entailed, and none of it mattered. All this "nurse practitioner" saw was another mark to rip off.

It's all a fucking scam. These "doctors" are morally-bankrupt con artists, butchering people for profit and their own sick amusement.

Reading things like this always brings to mind brood parasites like cuckoos for me. Despite all their claims to just wanting to live "their authentic self", the hyperfixation they have is really on others not just accepting them, but mistaking them for the actual sex they masquerade as.

The WPATH changed their guidelines in 2012 with Standards Of Care (SOC) edition 7, from advising doctors to examine and psychologically screen prospective trannies before giving them hormone treatment, to putting them on the hormone-and-surgery pipeline immediately, without questioning anything. This is called the 'affirming model'.

If someone tells you you have to be examined and approved by a doctor and that it takes a long time, you can confidently inform them that it hasn't been that way in over a decade.

Mental healthcare used to be "change the consciousness to alleviate symptoms" by examining relationships, feelings and behaviors with a mentor of some sort. Now it's "take a pill and/or change the body with surgery to alleviate symptoms". No human context required.

Funny, I've only ever found a thin layer of childhood sexual abuse survivor. I do like when detransitioned women go full radfem, though.
Getting a job so she's not beholden to her misguided enabler generous provider would do her a world of good. It's harder to ruminate on gender feels when you're punching in cause rent is due.

I'm assuming it's a salamander, and I also assume it's because salamanders have the ability to regenerate lost limbs. The idea is that they've been mutilated and chopped up, but they can still recover and try their best to live normally.
