Kid is socially isolated, failing school, taking hormone injections from a fucking video call on the internet, refuses to talk to his parents, and has been hospitalized twice for depression, which I can only assume meant he threatened suicide on more than one occasion.

Oh, but excuse me, clearly the most pressing concern is uncle not using the proper pronouns when talking about his nephew when his nephew is not even present.

as annoying and stupid as they are, 4chan troons are much closer to detransitioning and self-awareness than most other trannies. the thing about those "passoids" though that he is talking about- they're young feminine men that will inevitably hit 30 and not "pass" any more.

You have to have your head completely up your amhole to even fathom male breast milk is the same as the mother's. The level of cope, denial, whatever you want to call it is galling. The 4chan trannies in general come across a lot more sane than the ones on reddit and twitter. I guess they have thicker skin. They call each other troons all the time, while on reddit you're not even allowed to call them trannies (nor even "trans-women"), only "women".

I don't think "passoids" necessarily age out of it the way twinks do, if they have feminine bone structure, with HRT and especially with plastic surgery, they probably will age similarly to real women, but they're just never all that feminine to begin with. They take photos from the one angle they look good from, photoshop out their Adam's apple and beard shadow, morph their shoulders+waists, and then apply some glowy filter to make their shoddy makeup less obvious. It's also a still image, much easier to pass then.
They don't pass IRL. Even the best ones will walk, talk, and act like men. Gay men, sure, but men all the same. Granted I'd be a lot less freaked out to find a "megapassoid" touching up his makeup in the women's bathroom mirror than I would be to find "Alice" the 1.8m tall "honmoder" ogling me from across the room in his garish spinny skirt.

I don't think that they're less insane, just not insane in the same way. Reddit encourages a very specific form of transanity (trans-sanity? Insanity that identifies as sanity?), 4chan trannies have more typical schizo behavior where their gender dysphoria is just one of the manifestations (as it is for 1 in 5 schizophrenics) instead of the central theme.

Hi! I'm just wondering if any of you have any ideas/tips on how to "signal" that I'm queer without directly outing myself to everyone? I would like it if other queer people could see something about me and be pretty sure I'm queer too. I'm transmasc and pass most of the time especially when someone hears my name when meeting me they don't question masculine pronouns and descriptions for me. I know most of the stereotypical lesbian "clues" but I don't know if that would signal that I'm trans and mostly interested in women. I would really appreciate any ideas or recommendations! Thanks!

Having a crush but not being out as trans​


I pass very well as a guy, most ppl that dont already know me would assume im a cis guy (i also look a lot like a straight guy), but unfortunatelly im not out to anyone cause i am afraid. I currently like a guy, i dont talk to him very much, but i have a HUGE crush on him, and i dont think id be able to get with him, cause i wouldnt be my true self, and i wouldnt want him to treat me like a girl, plus i am a more mascuiline person than him, so he would prolly be embarassed to be with me.

People on here keep telling you the same thing and I'm not sure what you're hoping for apart from that honestly. You have very skewed ideas about what male and female traits and expressions actually are. Women are great. If you aren't one, no worries. But the ideas you have about womanhood and femininity are so off that you will have to work through those, whether you will transition in future or not. You need therapy. I'm not saying that to be mean or put you down, I'm saying that because right now you do not seem to be in a mental space that you could make good decisions from.

They aren't less rational, they don't have less leadership abilities, they are not weaker (all of that directly from your post btw). You are supposedly 14 years old and you're so deep down the toxic misogyny rabbit hole it's honestly terrifying. If you can't see your own worldview as deeply unhealthy, you need to get professional help to work out where you're getting all of that and how to grow beyond it. This worldview is not one where you'll find happiness and peace, no matter your gender.

Have a look at the gender dysphoria diagnostic criteria in the DSM 5 and ICD 11.
Gender roles and interests mean nothing. Deal with your misogyny. Think about how you want your body to look.

You seem young. It can be easy to look down on women as lesser when the characterises they seem to share are the things we hate about ourselves. Perhaps looking at some perspectives of trans women might help you see that some people find empowerment and strength in womanhood.
Toy and other social preferences are used in diagnostic criteria but are fairly old school. Lots of kids play with what is desirable to play with- what is presented as good or desirable by friends, siblings or parents. Some children even mask there interests so they are not ridiculed.
Personality traits are not a consequence of sex but of socialisation. You would have emulated those traits from those you feel similar to, not because it is necessarily innate.
I suggest you read more about the history of trans people and how our diagnostic labels and criteria have shifted over time. There is no definitive criterion for being trans. There is no bench mark that will provide you certainty. The lack of a “why” is something you’ll have to become comfortable with.

Each person is different. One thing that made me pull the trigger was I didn’t want to die as a woman. Especially “dying with tits”. That’s what i said to myself quite a bit. I had thought about it for years but I always thought I was too old. Then decided it wasn’t after all. So here I am 3 years later with no regrets.

The thing that finally madeit undeniable for me was actually (temporarily) detransitioning lol. I had come out to some friends and had been using a new name and pronouns for a couple months, which definitely felt better and I had been thinking i was trans for aaages before but then i had a crisis about existing in society as a trans person and how difficult my life would be so decided to detransition because i just thought i couldn't do it. Regretted it literally the day after and only lasted a week before I retransitioned because i was like "this is actually horrible how did i deal with this for 15 years? Im definitely trans 💀"

What is it that's making you feel unsure?
If you generally feel uncomfortable with your birth-assigned gender, but still have some traits/hobbies/interests/etc. that are stereotypically associated with that gender, that doesn't mean that you're "not really trans". Gender stereotypes are socially constructed, and your intrinsic feelings about what your gender is supposed to be are what actually matters, not how closely you fit those stereotypes.

As someone who doesn't feel a lot of dysphoria, I guess I'll start with the fact that you don't need dysphoria to be trans. I struggled with this a lot when I first came out and "not being trans enough". I was worried because I couldn't remember wanting to be a boy when I was little or that I was born in the wrong body or whatever. What really helped me was determining that I still loved my female past but ultimately, I would be happier as a man.
I also looked at the euphoria I experienced (and still do). Body hair, facial hair, being called sir, wearing a plain tee with a flat chest. I slowly realized that if I was faking it, I wouldn't be feeling these feelings or continuously thinking "am I trans?"
And maybe you're trans but not fully leaned into a binary. I thought I was agender or nonbinary before settling on ftm. There are so many labels to explore and you don't even need to use one! You can just be you. Remember, you can do whatever you want, forever.
I hope this helps a little. I wish you nothing but the best in your journey :)

In fact, I don’t suffer from the problem of not having enough factors indicating my transness but on the contrary, I have a bunch of them ((you can check them all if you want, in my penultimate post, (not counting this post) where they called me a misogynist lol))

4chan troons are “more aware” but still think they have female brains and it’s a medical necessity to get their pps cut off. I think they’re more insane, in a way.

Like the pooner 4channers are aware they’re short, highly emotional, and not manly. Destined to be pathetic specimens of “men”. Yet even though they realize that instead of desisting they just see it as some burden they have to suffer through or something. (I can’t quite put my finger on it). It’s very bizarre.

This just sounds like a new subtype of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, with the continuous checking ritual and reassurance that they are/aren't a tranny. Very well known/documented subtype are homosexuality and pedophilia obsessions.

I feel like I've been desintetized about trannies in the same way gore/rekt threads on /gif/ desintetized me about how violent human beings can be. They are monsters but I barely react to it anymore unless I actively take my time to think about it.

Even then, you gotta imagine just how much MORE desintetized these people are to what they do that they do that they post it online as an achievement or as if it was the most normal thing ever. I'm sure it's a road it takes a long time (and a lot of soul shredding) to get to, it's as interesting as it is horrifying.
