I've never seen it done among women in the West (though yeah, wouldn't rule it out among hippies), but I've spent time in parts of Africa where they take the whole "it takes a village" thing very literally. It's totally normal in such societies for breastfeeding babies/toddlers to just nurse from whichever lactating woman is nearest. Mom, aunt, friend's mom, whatever. If she's got milk the shop's open.

I think they don't understand this due to sheer delusion and even when it's pointed out to them are able to use the power of troon insanity to ignore it. The rest of your post makes good points though I think there's an assumption present that any of this is being done for the baby. It is not. The baby is a tool they use to fulfill their fetish. They also will not prescribe domperidone where I live for lactation in women. It can cause significant cardiac issues. It passes to the baby and can also cause significant cardiac issues in the baby. These effects are magnified in people taking SSRI antidepressants.

Women are not routinely given hormones during breastfeeding either. You’re supposed to review even taking the pill with your GP. If you take the morning after pill you’re supposed to pump and dump the milk for a day or two. The majority of medication found in serum goes across to milk.
If you’re having trouble feeding as a woman here they do not chuck domperidone at you. You’ll be told to eat oats, have a low or no alcohol malty beer or drink lactation tea, and feed feed feed because supply follows demand.
These men are using babies as props in their sexual fetish, and every single one of them is guilty of child sexual abuse for doing this.
