It does, very slightly, if they start HRT at like 12. By the time a troon is an adult he's not going to get any bone structure changes from HRT whatsoever. Even if they start very early their hips aren't going to be able to birth a child, both because they won't be wide enough to begin with, and also because pregnancy is associated with a very long list of hormonal changes, one of which is relaxin. It makes tendons very stretchy, letting the hip bone slide apart to let the gigantic head of a baby through.
Some troons do take relaxin tablets, and then panic when all it does is give them chronic joint pain and wider shoulders (because guess what, those are also connected by the same tissues relaxin relaxes). No refunds, when relaxin is discontinued the tendons will harden again, giving the troon permanently bigger feet, wider shoulders, and lifelong knee problems. All of which pregnancy can also cause in women, of course, but they're not the effects anyone wants.

Uterus transplants in men has got to be the absolute pinnacle of tranny magical thinking. They really think you can just plop organs in people and they'll magically work perfectly, as if humans are just Potato Head dolls you can mix and match until you like it.
Putting aside all of the logistical problems of a uterus in a man, even if you could somehow just plug it in with no issues, it wouldn't do anything. It would be like me installing a graphics card in my calculator. I'm sure some tech-savvy person could do it, but what purpose would it serve? The calculator wouldn't know what to do with it
All of the same problems with their rot-dogs and stink ditches would apply. The body would have no idea what to do with this new organ you've placed in it. Just like the rot-pocket doesn't lubricate (pus and blood are not lubricants), doesn't stretch, doesn't have depth, and isn't pleasurable, so too would your new uterus not work, because it's not supposed to be there and your body doesn't know what to do with it. All of the hormonal changes, the nutrients necessary to help the baby grow, everything the woman's body does during pregnancy, the man's body does not do, because it isn't designed to do that and wouldn't know how even if you put in all the right parts. And once again, this is assuming a completely hypothetical situation, as the logistics of putting one in a man would make it impossible to even get that far.

I expect that some sort of flexible gestational pod will be developed and rolled out as the big answer to troon pregnancy desires. Just make an incision, drop the pod in (watch that cord!) and the troon lies on his back in a hospital room for 7-8 months. As pumps renew fluids and provide nutrition to the developing baby. With 24/7 ICU type care for the troon too. “Birth” will be by some sort of pod c-section. The first troon to survive the whole ordeal will be world famous. And the whole thing will have an astronomical price tag (natch!) and will be paid for with taxpayer dough because the troon was on SS Disability.
