Well, it is plastic surgery by a Jewish doctor in Austin, Texas. It's to be expected that at least half of what's shown or written is exaggerated to get people to splurge on elective surgeries.

Because FFS is not a magic wand and the surgeon instantly pegged the man as someone with unrealistic expectations.

Think about it, would you want to work on someone's face after they admitted they hate it so much they can't even look at themselves in full light? Troon wasn't looking for a smaller chin or thinner nose, troon wanted the surgeon to make him happy with his appearance. That takes therapy, not surgery. The surgeon saved himself the headache of twenty emails at 3 am "WHY AM I NOT ANIME WIFU?! WHY SURGERY NO MAKE ME LOVE MYSELF?? FREE REVISION FREE REVISION"

oh man, memory unlocked. Does anyone remember True Life? That MTV used to do? They did an episode of people with body dysmorphia and I distinctly remember one women who was so dissatisfied with her face she'd wear fake jewel in the middle of her forehead and tacky giant ass bags to try and distract people from her face. So many surgeons wouldn't do work on her because they knew no matter what they did she'd eventually be unhappy. Towards the end of the episode she managed to get someone to give her a nose job, it came out well and for a few months she stopped with the stupid makeup and dumb clothes..... until it all came back and she couldn't stand her appearance again.

Mentally ill freaks have been in the medical field for a long time. You see all this DEI bullshit in medicine talking about “white supremacy” all the time. They claim black doctors do a better job on black patients like it’s white supremacy when it’s probably black doctors aren’t afraid of being called racist for challenging what patients tell them.

Oh for sure, but usually they go in with "muh man forehead and chin" and then are disappointed after the fact. "Fix my entire ugly man face so I can look at myself in daylight" is a bit taller of an order, I'm not a surgeon nor in any medical field but "I can't stand looking at myself" sounds like a big waving red flag.

If you look on reddit, a lot of troons have very delusional ideas of what FFS can do for them. They run their image through a photo app filter that makes them look like a woman, not understanding that the app had to shave off inches of their bone and completely change their facial structure to make it look that way. But troons will tell each other that their filtered ideal is 100% possible with FFS, even though in reality FFS can only do so much. I'm sure this doctor knew right away that this troon had very unrealistic expectations.

I forgot all about that episode but I knew exactly who you were talking about. Curious, I looked her up. She actually has a YouTube channel and it looks like her life is still terrible. Doing crazy things like this and getting online advice from redditors is how you get yourself killed. How many pass away by doing DIY troonery and rejecting the actual medical professionals?
