It's hilarious that the AITA post immediately devolved into accusations of "aphobia", the most meaningless term ever created by Tumblr. Like you can be oppressed for NOT wanting to have sex. It's not like sexual repression is historically associated with the traditionalist view or anything.

I don't know about the particulars, but this asexual shit has always been retarded because they can't ever seem to define it. You can have sex, fantasize about having sex, masturbate, have sexual partners (...) and call yourself asexual. There is, or at least was, a lot of social pressure on girls to have casual sex as teenagers in some circles

some men will give teenage girls money or drugs in exchange for sex in a way that doesn't make it seem completely transactional. i know, massive surprise. its only when you look back later that you realise it was probably not good.

the point is, young people experiment and fuck up, they can be taken advantage of. you can be massively gay one day cos you had awesome sex with, in my case, a girl, and then 100% straight the next week when you realise it works better for you that way. i just don't get wanting to put a label on it.
