What makes you say that? There is tons of research going on in the anti-aging and anti-neurodegenerative disease area, it’s just super difficult and rarely successful (ie not led to effective drugs at this point).

Nah, that is definitely not always, or even mostly true. That might be true 10-15 years ago, but now if you live in Canada or just walk into a Planned Parenthood, you most likely will get them in the first appointment, and they'll even ask you unprompted if you want to schedule a surgery right after handing you the prescription. There is really no reason for many of them to not go get it at a pharmacy, except tranny madness. I suspect part of it is elaborate self-harm, estrogen from a doctor is not harmful enough, they just HAVE to get contaminated horse piss.

What are you talking about? Aging isn't a disease, it's a natural part of a living organism's life cycle. As you age, you're more prone to various diseases and there are billions upon billions of dollars going into that. Cancer, heart disease, Alzheimer's, Hutchinson's, etc etc, not to mention research into stuff like telomere shortening.

It's just that most nootropics are junk and everyone in the shadow of Silicon Valley tech cults are as prone to magical thinking as your average mouth breathing "christian" race warrior.

Well, if you're going to do something as stupid as go on the wrong gender's HRT, castration/oophorectomy honestly makes sense. Women get cancer from testosterone, and the antiandrogens the men take have a slew of nasty side effects, including liver failure and cancer.
As a society we should be encouraging troons to cost the taxpayer as little as possible. If it's inhumane to let them just ack on their own, the least we can do is make their access to HRT (which costs next to nothing) contingent on conditions such as not taking drugs, not doing sex work (apparently a big problem in western gay and troon circles, but I repeat myself), and minimising the risk of them catching expensive diseases.

Based on how it's going in Canada, I think saving money is indeed the long-term plan. The aftermath of transitioning is so horrific, plus all of them are mentally unstable to begin with, they will start asking for medically assisted suicide. Or accept the option when it's offered (doctors didn't have the option to bring it up unprompted btw, but they changed it now so they can legitimately offer it as an option). The autistic and mentally undesirable would cost the free health care system a shit ton of money if they live a long life, and they can probably save more money in the end by neutering them and making them so sickly and miserable they die 30 years before retard life expectancy. They obviously do not care for these people, they would rather them degenerate more through drugs and prostitution. They lead to death sooner.

God that's fucking horrible. A medical professional just outright telling you to kill yourself. At least if we joke about 41% we're just nobodies on the internet, but an actual doctor offering it to someone's face while vulnerable and susceptible to authority is an evil I can't comprehend. How the fuck do Canadians agree to this?

At first, I think less than 3? 2 years ago, it was still on par with Oregon model, where you have to know FOR SURE you are dying from last stage cancer very soon or sth like that to qualify, and you have to be the one advocating for it. You can get it from a doctor or nurse, lol.

Now you don't even have to have a terminal illness, you can get MAID if you have a disability or chronic illness. They will have to access you for 90 days though, if you are only crippled/chronically ill. Next year they'll allow MAID for people with only mental illness too. It doesn't make any sense, I thought the point of treating mental illness is to stop people from being suicidal, but apparently if they ask for it, the Canadian gov will gladly murder them. It's at least logically coherent with tranny stuff though, if we let a mentally ill man chop off his balls because he wants to, why the hell shouldn't we kill a basket case mental retard if they want to die? Although you still have to be the asking for it technically, but anecdotally there are many cases where people say the doctors brought it up first. If the whole scheme is not so obviously malicious and eugenic, I would probably not have believed that so readily

I've seen firsthand how American medical professionals don't want to waste time with Medicare patients - how they advocated for pulling the plug on those Medicare patients instead of trying to treat them because their bill would be far, far less.

This is not true, especially given most troons are on SSRIs and other psych drugs, which potentiate serotonin syndrome. I have no info on Indian mumbo jumbo herbs however.

I didn't realize this ashwaghanda plant is a member of the nightshade family.
and while I seriously doubt it would be legal for there to be scopolamine in dietary supplements,
so I doubt it would be in the supplements, there is in fact scopolamine in the actual ashwaghanda plant itself
