On top of the limitations of filling US prescriptions there's also a very recent survey I read today (it's on KF somewhere but I can't find it) that shows that approval for all the "rights" the US troons have lost has plummeted to well under 50% in the best case.

Troons can run to the ends of the earth, but the thing that'll undermine them every time is that they take themselves with them wherever they go.

Standard pooner cope-fest in which she whines about being misgendered, while in the same breath contradictorily bragging about how well she totes passes.

She rationalizes that the only reason trannies get misgendered in the workplace is because their co-workers knew them pre-mutilation, because they all pass so well that there's just no other way anyone could possibly know. This line of thinking only applies to trannies who have only held one job in their entire life and intend to remain in said job forever (with their current set of colleagues doing likewise), which I feel confident in saying has never once happened throughout all of human history.

Some of my favourite tranny L's are ones like these in which they desperately engage in mental gymnastics in an attempt to sidestep the truth that fucking none of them pass, because they all either look like midgets with pubic hair glued to their chins or Viking berserkers wearing dresses. No trannies pass, not a single one.

Serious answer: The age of the tranny has removed anywhere else where troons can be called out, even on sites like 4chan trannies rule the discourse. The "soyence" isn't settled. Being a tranny is entirely rooted in mental issues and evidence backs this up.
