A boon of not knowing anime speak is that I can just pretend that this is how the interaction between Reimu and Alice in IN actually went down and there's practically nothing that can prove me wrong. A bit late, but in May OppositeWinner reappered on the BBS feed of Spaztron's Blog (Link)

TLDR: He believes ZUN is the agent of a 2Chan conspiracy that is responsible for everything he dislikes.

Then later in July Spaztron would update his blog on ZUN's useage of the "The Yuzen Japanese Papers" (link)
He would later post a follow up on Maidens of the Kaleidoscope (Link)
TLDR: ZUN did not illegally use the "The Yuzen Japanese Papers" but Spaztron is mad at ZUN for other reasons so he keeps trying to get something to happen with them.
As you can guess this is all fall out from the FlameSniper and TH20 stuff earlier this year.
Personally I don't disagree with Spaztron's opinions of the PC98 games, abandonware, or the fact that the main games are overpriced and need official localization on steam. But whenever he does stuff like this I get second hand embarrassment, he's better than some Antis but he's still trying to alog people who don't care about him or each other.

While the implications in that series' world is made clear on how the Umas reproduce, you can be relived to hear that it is also not the main focus as Dragon implied. From the time I've been playing the game recently, any intention that goes beyond a romantic level isn't going to be shown to us directly for the most part. And that is because it distracts from the generally good quality writing of those stories, something that Touhou never knew the luxury of at all.

And if I'll be honest here, I vastly prefer how Cygames manages the brand over the "eh, it doesn't matter" attitude that ZUN had for decades at this point.

The fact Daiyousei and Koakuma are just big fairy and little demon to this day pisses me off. I mean, I am extremely grateful for Touhou existing, but can't ZUN develop certain things better, even if just a little? Some characters are entirely fan made even after so much time.

His hands-off approach is both a blessing and a curse.

id rather him not rename daiyousei and koakuma

capcom released their own translation of ace attorney investigations 2 after years of the unofficial patch being out, and they had to come up with their own names for the new characters, and they dont fit as well as the "originals"

They were never supposed to be characters to begin with. In the game they are just random mid-bosses and are treated no different to the common fairy enemies you fight. Them becoming staple characters was something Zun never expected. I guess by the time he was aware of their popularity the fan names had already stuck and it would have been a hassle to come up with something new.
