So I'm still trying to 100% Dankagu Phantasia Lost. I would like to forward a sincere FUCK YOU to whoever thought it was a good idea to make the quest to unlock Byakuren be to get 1000 score shits. It's literally the only quest in the entire campaign I haven't done yet.

sorry for how schizophrenic this looks- it's the fumo pattern I use.
it's partly from a Remilia fumo pattern someone made from dissecting her fumo years ago, and from my own fumo experiments! I just wanted to get it mostly posted before any big reveals tomorrow.

Everything is the same, for the most part, between V1 and V2, the biggest difference is just if they need the scalp, and which back of the head they use. It's entirely based on hat or no hat.

I remember when ZUN said that she and the other one that appeared in Cage in Lunatic Runagate were too strong to appear in the games. Glad that we can beat the shit out of them. Junko and Hecatia are right about Lunarians, and the story of this game really cements that.

There's a good chance that the new designs are AI generated and then redrawn by ZUN considering the leaked story of the game so far (assuming it's all true, anyways).

Edit: if this game is the start of a new story arc, then I expect Lunarians are about to pull Yukari/Okina tier shenanigans directly in Gensokyo for a couple of games.

I suspect this is where claims that some or all of the demo youkai are AI creations come from. Personally, I find that unlikely - Nareko's explicit purpose was to keep things in the pyramid rather than leaving it, so I suspect that she's the one who's been why these AIs haven't been seen.

Though if she is meant to be an AI/LLM, that does explain why her sash-thing loops around and becomes her dress again. that's probably a reference to AI art getting confused about items that shouldn't be merged.

We officially have a conspiracy theorist 2hu. Ironically, it's in the story where 'the pyramids were built by aliens' is 100% true.

Her design seems to be based on the artwork of the birth of venus (seriously, her hair is nearly identical around her face), but she's apparently a clam youkai, maybe the same one described in chapter 26 of Sangetsusei ( https://mangadex.org/chapter/83247cd9-9ad2-4f6a-bf59-9b8dc8dc212a/20 ) It seems fitting that a youkai corrupted by unreliable AI has herself become a recreated artwork, another thing people ask AIs to do.
