I mean I can kind of get it. A lot of Touhou characters look quite young to outsiders, so having people ship them so aggressively can be extremely offputting.

If you mean official Zun artwork, he just draws weird and has always done so since the beginning. I don't there's many canon children in official lore though, unless they are in the only human village in Gensokyo. That place is there as a chess board for every type of monster and supernatural being in that world to play with more than anything, villlagers aren't important characters and rarely have names in canon literature or games.

If you mean other people's interpretations of the characters, that's out of Zun's control.

I'm specifically referring to people who do not have a subsurface knowledge of the games, and are going off of appearances. If you only know the base appearances and then see shipping art of them, then you may get a result that makes it look like people are shipping little girls. That is an entirely reasonable assumption to draw offhand.

But whatever, don't look too deeply into most touhou content as yes there is a huge amount of yuri bullshit but i don't really pay attention to it or support it, i just like the content for what it is rhythm wise.
 
Oh and since that scare happened with moriya i think it'd be a good idea to start archiving stuff here, so here's symposium of post mysticism(Character profiles are interspersed among the so-called "symposium" - essentially adialogue hosted by Marisa Kirisame featuring Kanako Yasaka, Byakuren Hijiri, and Miko Toyosatomimi. These longer interviews involve the three discussing various topics while Hieda no Akyuu records their discussions. )

Since I posted about this awhile ago in the Fanfic Horror thread, I thought you'd all appreciate an update on everybody's favorite deranged /jp/ smut fic, "The Hakurei Shrine Experience," as of recently at 168 chapters and 1.4M+ words it's finally finished with the after party thread being posted to JP.

This ties back to one of my earlier posts . If you listen to a song about lesbian "romance" while hating faggots but dismiss it as being "okay" just because nothing is technically explicitly shown, you do not stand by your principles. This, as I mentioned previously, is spiritual warfare. If you tolerate this you are allowing evil into your soul, slowly. The war for your soul may not be visible at first glance, or evet at second, because it slowly seeps into you. You can not tolerate this evil in any form, no matter how small or supposedly "innocent' it is. This is why I don't listen to Slayer, Spipknot, Venom, etc., because no matter how good their musical ability is, the lyrical content of the songs does matter. I provide these groups as a more overtly clear example of why you should not listen to the afformentioned song, because, would you, as a man of faith, listen to satanic songs? Of course not (at least I hope that "no" is your answer).
To add a more personal detail to this argument, I used to love the song and would listen to it constantly, as well as many other 2hu songs. Getting closer to God requires giving up many things that you love.

I'm sure the forum portrays transvestites in a positive light. You couldn't comprehend what I wrote so you decided to just assume and simplify. Songs that glorify degenerate actions can affect you negatively, songs that show disdain for degenerate actions, e.g. "Low Life" by Death, can affect you positively (though to a much lesser factor).
