Yes and no, as far as I am aware. There is enough stuff left to make a couple of DLCs and race packs, and there are in-game files that hint toward some potential things already. CA and I think Rich Aldridge in particular has mentioned many things over the years that are/were planned to be included in the game. Resident pear-shaped shill Loremaster of Sotek has also hinted at various pieces of content that will be added post-End Times DLC.

But we are talking about CA here, so there is also the high probability that they will stop any further support because it either didn't sell well or that 40K has become their priority and that they can't divert any resources towards WH3 anymore.

A potential indicator if we get anything further might be patch 10.0 since it's scheduled to be after End Times at some point; the number itself can be seen as a closing chapter or a new beginning. And depending on when the patch will drop, they most likely will have something to show us for the next DLC or just make some excuses, and we will be able to read between the lines.
Up until they released Elspeth and Ulrika I would have been eager for a Southern Realms expansion. But after seeing that if they did give us a Southern Realms pack Lucrezzia Belladonna, often considered the most beautiful woman in the entire Old World (which has nothing do with those who disagree in that assessment mysteriously dying of tainted food soon afterwards), would get hit with a ugly stick so big only a Sky-Titan could carry it.

Neferata having the AoS design is shit and the way all the other women look is a mixed bag but Grace is long gone so I assume it wouldn't be the worst portrayal. But is CA so it always remains a dice roll.

To be fair supposedly attractive women looking unfortunate is a warhammer classic

What's wrong with Elspeth? If anything she's much cuter than her actual model where she kind of looked like a hag.
Anyway since vamps are getting an overhaul it looks like I'll be reinstalling soon.
Those marine models look awful. And I'm not just saying that because they're primaris.

Uh... something tells me you're using the Mixu reskin like a true chad because this is what she looks like in model form:

They gave her ugly ass makeup she didn't need (same as Ulrika), and flattened out her body (same as Ulrika). They also replaced what looked like a relatively loose woven or knit hood with some tight-fitting thing that just looks highly uncomfortable to wear. Surely you can see that her model has actual breasts and curves to it and her model just looks flat and ugly.

Genuinely surprised how many units, heroes, legendary heroes and legendary lords we are receiving from these dlcs. That's a lot of stuff. A far cry from the old days of The Grim and The Grave.

Never not seething Nurgle get yet another LL while Tzeentch get the scraps. Still only 2 LLs for Tzeentch btw, and no FLC lord to boot.

Fair enough. Perhaps I started confusing fanart with the actual model. After all I only play zoomed way out. Especially the (lack of) hips are depressing. They also nerfed her classy fur lined cloak with a very simplistic one.
I like the goth makeup though.

So i went to play a bit of Med2 to unwind.
The Steam version is even more hilariously broken than the unpatched physical copy I had as a kid where AI couldn't even use boats properly.
>play as Spain
>yeet the Moors from Europe on turn 10
(i use neither the sally nor the infinite movement bugs, shit's gayer than Rome1's pathfinding)
>portugal gets uppity
>i clap back
>pope threatens excommunication
>but I'm already sieging the castle and the ladders are ready
>get excommunicated
>everyone except the Kaiser declares war on me
>including the pope
>crusade on Toulouse on Turn 30
>shitcanned after I beat back like ten full armies
>I'm #1 in all rankings, king has 10 authority
>nobody wants to peace out

Is that one chunk of code STILL commented out in the Steam version? At least they were using properly-sized fleets to sneak an invasion force into Iberia proper every couple turns in this one.
Curiously, I was still getting cardinals in despite being super at war with the Pope.

Also, what in the name of FUCK is a "Total War Launcher" and why does it work, but my old, legit, physically-purchased, Steam-activated copy of Shogun 2 that I'm trying to launch and have to launch through it now does not?

i feel like total warriors don't like playing fantasy game dev like paradox players do, but I had this brain blast on how guerilla warfare could look in a future Total War. (If this is in Warhammer i don't know, I only play the historical ones, mostly Shogun.)

Army in a guerrilla stance doesn't occupy space, can't take cities, can't hold a position... but it can selectively attack any army around with whatever forces you choose to bring. So like small detachments that wander through can get ganked because the guerilla force can come down with a hammer on them. There'd have to be some way to force battle with the guerillas, though, as the conventional force.

I mean Napoleon sort of tried to represent guerilla warfare but when I played the Peninsular War campaign it never felt right to me.

I can't reply to all of you in here commenting about how all the women they added to WH3 do not look that good, but I concur with you all and am glad others feel the same way I do about them. Every new woman they add is either bald or with some elaborate headpiece that covers them like a hijab (Katarin, Valkia, Ulrika, Elsbeth, and now Neferata). Its become a running joke with a friend of mine that CA is allergic to giving women hair. With that being said, the new Lahmian units and especially the Lahmian lord reskin look sick:

Additionally, it is extremely funny how much meltdown about balance this DLC is causing before it releases. The subreddit is split evenly between people who think Teutogen Guard are too weak and too strong, multiple people in the multiplayer Discords have been in non-stop crisis mode for the last week ranting about how half the DLC will need to be banned from competitive play, and Nagash I'm sure will be a faceroll easy power fantasy campaign and that will raise complaints too.

Not sure how I feel about this, 64 bit is nice but everything else could turn out to be shit ( new graphical changes, mod support). But they also might fix those two dozen of bugs so I dont need to run some unoffical patch everytime I want to play the game. Still surprising since I didn't expect them to touch the older games until CA is done with Rome 2. If the do the same with Attila this year I am going to be impressed with this company.

Fuckers better bring back the Ashigaru Sex Chat, the fun-hating faggots.

And as someone who already owns all that shit I'm not paying for it a second time.

To be honest, I don't mind companies remastering their games with upgrades and bug fixes as a paid release more than a decade later. As long as they actually fix the bugs. The Rome Remaster was good (with the only real outrage being the UI) and this is just them doing more of that. Its cheap to do since they just have another company do it, requires little advertising. and gives them guaranteed profit if they do a decent job. I really doubt they have plans to spam 50+ DLCs like they do with their big releases.

Unfortunately a "modders will fix it" situation, there seems to always be at least one autistic Chinese guy who will give each female LL makeup, hair, and huge tits.
感谢您的服务! (thank for your your service!)

I suppose we should be grateful that they haven't brought in any especially disgusting specimens from age of shitmar, like the obese bulldyke priest(?)

I see they've already delisted the original Shogun 2. If this remaster at least doesn't give you the original for free, like how Rome 1 Remastered did, then this is a massive fucking dick move.
My negroid, this is covered in the FAQ, but I agree. Same move as the DS remaster, remove the original and charge a higher price for the New and Improved! edition with a timed discount for anyone owning the original. Moderate-to-high amounts of greed but at least the discount is 75%.

(I didn't read the faq either until replying lol)

Also on the topic of mods, the remaster will NOT be compatible with any mods on the original game, but it will have mod.io integration, you guise! I'm guessing it will be hell to port mods over but that remains to be seen.

bring back the Ashigaru Sex Chat, the fun-hating faggots.
Never going to happen. If I remember correctly, CA is liable if any links to gore, cp, etc., are posted in the chats. They'd have to have moderators which is way more complicated/expensive compared to simply deleting the chat function from all their games.
