Yet again, I win a continuance bet. I wish there were a gambling site that kept track of cases like this so I could just bet a million dollars on a continuance in return for a single penny every time.

Good choice. The way PedoToad was blowing up mentally Saturday certainly meant there was no resolution in his favor coming.

I do wonder if his public defender, Tiffany Senger of Taylorville (don't know her email but if someone finds it, let me know) knows if he is running his hole online or not??? The Judge who is Kit Hantla and his district attorney, John McWard both have public emails who can perhaps put him back in jail until his July hearing for violating the orders of the court to only have "supervised internet access".

Would have been better to have kept him behind bars this whole time so he can get time spent taken off how many years he'll land in prison. Evidence they likely want withheld is probably his priors. It wont have anything to do with "unlawful seizures and searches" because that never happened. Another thing they will want to suppress is any confession he's made to police and FBI as a result of his Miranda Rights being violated, or of course any stupid shit he's said online.

At least she managed to get one of her last clients only four days in jail for being an active shooter who was looking for attention. Nice low bond too, 18 months probation.


As you can see, she has more important cases.

got this woman the full 15 years in prison for Second Degree murder.

She makes good money to lose cases too, $166,516 back in 2022 according to public records.

By the way, I forgot to mention that in order to get the so called professionals he claims to have his PD would need to get the Judges authorization for the funds to get said professionals. I don't see that on the docket presented.

In Illinois, when you post the 10 percent bail to get out on bond, it doesn't go to a bailbondsmen but directly to the state. But the public defender can use that 10%, which in Toad's case is $12,500 non-refundable to use toward his defense without a judge's authorization. It's also possible that his parents are paying directly for a "DC expert". But who knows, Toad lies all the time so you can't believe him, he lied about having computer experts looking at his computer to disprove it wasn't child porn... So he might have no experts at all....

I don’t know anyone in their right mind who would touch Toad’s case and past legal dealings with a 10 foot pole while having a political career. Seems like suicide, but he could’ve found a real life Lionel Hutz.

Specialists from out of town will cost more than the $12500, one case when she had to ask for funds to get a specialist she was granted $10000.

This is how a public defender in Illinois asks for an expert witness. Toad claims his "DC expert" is a constitutional law expert and he has another expert on "standby" in case the "DC expert" doesn't work out after first claiming he had a forensic expert.. PedoToad thinks he is entitled to a Perry Mason defense.

but as I said, Toad lies and tells so many stories you can't believe a word he says. All pathological liars tell the truth from time to time though....

If you check who the District attorney is there, John McWard, he's been censured for editing evidence and basically being dishonest. Maybe Toad's parents are gathering up the money to bribe contribute to his reelection campaign. It's a county of clowns there with a very high rate of pedophiles per capita.

Google street view just updated his house at 800 West Main Cross... Glad to see housing inspectors aren't doing their job with the out of code back porch and all the junk in that really tiny back yard... His parents like mopars with Toad having no car of course. You got to feel for the people at 801 West Market St, they got two pedophiles as immediate neighbors within 100 feet. I bet Toad watches that pool they have all the time from the back porch when kids are using it and probably records it. Maybe someone should tell them to build a higher privacy fence.
