LoL, I got to say - in the link he's making a rather amusing expression. Maybe it would be a sort of face you make when your older brother, who you were supposed to maybe look up to and mostly have some sibling rivalry, is retarded and non functional in society. And I agree with you, @Dirty Harry , we should leave him be.
 
Todd's brother has 3 young children also, can you imagine having to make visits during Christmas or Thanksgiving and constantly having to see where Todd is? Imagine having to convince your wife to allow it? Todd would be the type to "accidentally expose" himself to them while using the bathroom or have hidden cameras set up.

If I were in Jeremy's position, I would absolutely refuse to visit my parents, they would have to come visit me and without Todd. I do wonder if Jeremy is aware of the severity of his child porn fetish like how they describe in the federal warrant? I don't think Todd telling them the search warrant wasn't valid would matter much.

But I don't know the family. Maybe it's normal for Taylorville

There was a whole series of sick images like this posted on Nimbusters about 15 years ago maybe longer. The board would get spammed with it late at night. Some people thought at the time that the man in the picture was N9OGL. Others attributed it to another pedophile named Steven Akins. Either Todd saved the picture or he was the guy in the photo. I doubt we'll ever know but I wrote a long letter to the DA about what I know about Todd Dougherty and his history of CP.

I have never seen a guy who cannot understand that 1+1 = 2. If I was this guy I would be shitting myself and I don't know, hoping I would find a way out. He is in constant denial while insulting people, calling them FUCKING MORONS, DISPLAYING FIREARMS AND SAYING THE POLICE HAS NO FUCKING AUTHORITY FOR ANYTHING (CAPS LOCK INTENSIFIES). Todd got bored with that and ventured into real child porn. 20 years ago when he started to make threats, they were mild at first, and then thinking he wasn't going to get caught and KNEW IT ALL, eventually raised the threats to things like shooting children at soccer practice while posting a photo of a rifle and offering bounties to kill people. He only stopped because he got convicted on a pipe bomb threat to blow up his local cable company.
