According to Todd (I've been reading his bullshit for years) he posted his cartoon AI generated bs to "protect the first amendment". That was his supposed rational.

He's actually not the worst poster from F2/Nimbusters/4Chan his buddy Steven Akins used to post shower pictures of his own daughter who was maybe 10 years old at the time. In any case Todd is a sick little man who needed to be locked up long ago. Personally I hope he gets 30 years. I too am going to write the DA as another poster suggested.

Well Todd when is it that you get your day in court? Do you understand that if you go to court and lose that they will make your sentence a lot worse? What did they offer you on plea bargain? Because if that is the extent of your defense I suspect that you are in trouble. Might be better if you took what they are offering.

Just think, when the governor signs it, since Daugherty has bragged about making virtual child porn, that will give them grounds to arrest him AND execute a NEW SEARCH WARRANT to take any and all computers from him AGAIN!!!!! Sure, he will claim the law is unconstitutional, but that will take YEARS to play out in the courts.

His bail will be so high, his mommy won't be able to bail him out and he will just sit in jail, and going by how slow the court system is in Illinois... that could be a long time.

I know, wishful thinking... But maybe, just maybe.... Get him again!! and again!! and again!!

You only need like a 30% chance of being right about something to be probable cause. You just need the right judge. Be thankful you didn't live during the early 1920's. Two judges were happy with just a 10%
