I think it is funny. And yet the case hasn't been dismissed in over a year. So Toad, if the case is so easy to dismiss, why hasn't it been dismissed? You must have the worst public defender in the world who allowed you to stay in jail for 30 days (and you would still there if your mommy didn't bail you out) and over a year later, the charges are still there??

Why are you always so angwry all the time???? Does that extra chromosome cause it?

cases take time, it's not an overnight deal. We had to talk to an expert in regard to the warrant and the 4th amendment out in Washington DC they had to get back with us and so forth. Trials take a long time. BTW it was 30 days in 2018 and 2 months in 2022.

I think the FBI should look at your computer and see if YOU were the one who posted the fucking threat. BTW that not the police report, that's the affidavit for the 2018 search warrant, and that's not how you fill out a search warrant. That's why it and the search warrant are invalid.

you can't just look at the image, you also have to look at the whole thing, including the text below, in fact the US Supreme court has been very clear on that matter. In other words, you can't take it out of context you have look at the whole thing. If it was just the image the yeah, but since there was text as well you have to take that it into consideration as well.

posting that image of crosshairs using a profile picture of you pointing a pistol, some people might misunderstand that you meant to shoot him.
Of course, You were only threatening to sue him for no reason at all for something long past the limit of statutations. it appears but that doesn't stop you from threateaning them (and never filing a single lawsuit of course)

But too bad as your own public defender told you that those charges never got dismissed. Should have gotten a real lawyer who would have had them dismissed with prejudice... But you're too stupid.
