Unfortunately I don't work in productions, I only rub elbows with a bunch of industry workers who told me these jobs are a game of leapfrog from project to project. (That's why almost every project has veterans from Spongebob, AT, and now SU. They get passed around, hence the similar styles.) None of them have told me if the blacklist is true for opinionated spergs, but it IS true for employees who've had MeToo allegations, don't play by the higher-up's rules or, in GlitchedPuppet and Shmorky's cases, did FUCKED UP things on a public scale that their "friends" washed their hands of them.
The only one I saw who projected this bullshit the loudest was
Atla Hrafney, some comic writer chick who, like Glip, constantly blabs on and on about positivity and inspiration when she comes off as a nasty bitch.

(She also made
this tweet about "talent is cool, being a nice person is cooler", which I KNOW is BS because John K. and Jhonen Vasquez were jerks who got their creations made for TV.)
What you can and can't do in and out of the studio is all covered in your contracts anyway. If you want to be on the safe side, don't be like Mr.Enter and go off unfiltered, just discuss stuff offline with your friends. They can't pin "problematic" stuff on you if you never shared it online. Or do what most of my friends do and give brief opinions and move the hell on with your day.
