Dungeons and Dragons right now is the apex capital of trans worship to the point where I'm sure WotC would dissolve if they for some reason had to kick all the trannies, furries, coomers and gender-specials out. That being said 3e and 3.5e I don't see that many of them playing, they mostly stick to 5e. Pathfinder is irredeemably littered so I wouldn't bother with it if you're looking for an alternative for a medieval fantasy setting. If you can find some buddies to play wargames like Napoleonics or Black Powder then I'm 99.9% certain you won't see any trannies interested.
World of Darkness (WoD) is also infested with trannies and sexual deviants. I'm sure for many of them they think WoD is still like the 90s scene, from what I'm told had a heavy amount of goth players, including hot goth babes, so I can see why it's appealing to trannies, especially ones who remember it from their youth, now they think they can become the "hot goth babe." Cringe. Oddly, WoD was my first TTRPG, even weirder was it wasn't Vampire or Werewolf, but I adore the system and how it does urban settings rather sword and sorcery in a medieval setting. Now of course, it's infested with 6'2 trans "women" and the colorful crew that makes up the left and the LGBTQ. I have a friend who plays regularly in a mix of game and LARP and he has told me several times that he is the minority and the only heterosexual male in his group, which is pretty big. Sad.

Classic war games do seem to be the way to go as of late, as the magical and fantastic seem to attract trannies like moth to flame. Something something magical thinking and all. I have seen TTRPGs like "Thirsty Sword Lesbians" (yes, it is real) which from my cursory glance online is mostly trannies with a few dykes and closet poons scattered through it. I often forget how common trannies are in the TTRPG scene as I run in mostly religious and conservative circles, so that shit is great repellant. Whenever I do somehow end up in a "normal" TTRPG game or campaign, I am shocked at how leftist/tankie it is, and how many fucking gender specials are in there, it's honestly bizarre. If anyone has anymore suggestions as to where to find good systems (emphasis on "good") that is limited in audience and scope, especially to trannies.

Edit: site was fucking up, posted my post but for some reason didn't save my original post. Get on it, Nool!

God don't I know it. Sometimes I feel like I'm the only straight Tzimisce fan. Everyone else is a troon obsessed with validating themselves. Its so petty and sad, especially considering how grandiose a group that considers 'evolving myself to godhood' an interesting hobby must be.
But noooooo...gotta just cut my dick off and pretend to be a woman. That's the height of their ambitions when it comes to manipulating flesh and bone like clay.

And yet still I keep playing, because you're right. WoD just scratches an itch that other TTRPG's don't.

Honestly, I’ve been reading theology lately (I’ve been thinking of converting to Lutheranism, LCMS), and I’m pretty happy troons haven’t touched it yet. Sure, they’ve hit the mainline protestant churches. But the Catholic, Orthodox, Evangelical, and Confessional branches reject them utterly.

Depends on the sect. The ELCA (the largest branch of Lutheranism in the US) and the Church of Sweden are pozzed, but the LCMS (the second largest branch in the US) is pretty safe, and I’m pretty sure most of the other branches are too.
Just be an atheist like a white man.

Eastern Orthodox would be the most based since they have a more structured doctrine, its basically a more traditional version of Catholicism. From observation, the Protestant religions can be way to easily swayed to degeneracy as seen with the deviation in mainline sects to start degeneracy corrupt their communities.

For some reason they think the OSR is right wing so it scares them off.

All you really need is “this game has a strong premise, your character has to fit within the genre conventions”. Character creation restrictions are their kryptonite.

It’s not just that. For some reason, they see the TSR editions as more primitive relics of a bygone era, and the later editions (save 4e, maybe) as increasing improvements. Hell, they don’t even really touch 3e and 4e.
