The fear to grow up concerns many children. However, your presetation of it is again unrelatable for the target audience- what child fears to lose its authority? What child worries about its business? Aren't these naturally adult fears? No child will realate to the fears children have in this setting- losing your authority to your children. This, again, makes the setting very disturbing if you consider that adults are forced to abandon their doctor because their offspring wants to play baseball. The ending is dissatisfying, because it doesn't solve the problems of Timmy- one could assume, that he will get depressed. one way or another. There is no rational reason why a society would establish such a societal system. It might be a kids show, but I dare to say that this insults my intellect- more so, if you call this your favorite piece of work. It must be a nightmare for an adult to become underage in a juristical sense. The setting should emphasize why growing up leads to more authority and self-reliance- positive things. But growing up in this setting is unbelievably depressing. The musical number is over the top, the rhymes are ... dissatisfying, to be polite. It seems to be nothing more than a ploy to catch time. I hope you will do better
