All of those things you mentioned definitely had their faults, but damn if I don’t miss them. Especially compared to things like The Root who don’t actually care.It's like they created a new black sterotype. Take the black power activist type from the 70s and 80s, get rid of any positives, make them biticher, meaner, racist, super arrogant, and give them a superority-victimhood complex. Also throw in a bit of the Africa fanboy of the 90s, but also take out the good stuff and where the fanboy celebrated the culture and probably did some reasearch, these guys automatically think they're big shots because they saw Black Panther.
